Setting Up Your Payment Information in Everflow

Learn how to set up your payment method in Everflow & Tipalti, submit tax forms, add bank info, and meet requirements to receive commissions

In order to receive commission payments, you must complete your billing setup in Everflow and Tipalti. Payments cannot be issued until all required banking and tax documentation is provided.


Payment Setup Requirements

One Account Only

  • You may only have one active account in both Everflow and Tipalti.

Payment Method

  • All Marketing Partner payments are made through Tipalti.

    • In Everflow: go to Manager → Billing and confirm your payment method is Tipalti.

Invoices

  • Invoices are generated automatically each week and can be viewed in Everflow.

  • If you elect monthly payments, invoices are generated and paid at the beginning of the following month.

Banking Information

  • Enter your banking details carefully in Tipalti. Incorrect information will result in rejected payments, delays, and return fees.

    How to update your bank information in Tipalti:

  • Log into Everflow → Company Settings → Billing

  • Click the three dots in the top right → Input Tipalti Billing Information

  • Enter your bank information and save
    Tip: Contact your bank to confirm how to receive USD funds from the USA.

International Payments

  • If you are outside the US and select wire transfer, you must provide a SWIFT code and account number.

IRS Forms

  • You must complete the required IRS form in Tipalti:

    • US-based partners: Form W-9 (leave line 2 blank or it will fail validation)

    • Non-US partners:

      • W-8BEN (individuals/sole proprietors)

      • W-8BEN-E (entities such as corporations or organizations)

Identification Documents

  • You must upload a valid ID in Tipalti. The name must match the payee name exactly.

AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Policy

  • Payments can only be made to bank accounts owned by you directly. Third-party services such as Revolut or TransferWise are not supported.

Bank Country

  • The country of your bank must match your country of business.

    • Exception: If you live outside the US but want to be paid into a US bank account (for ACH payments), you’ll need to submit a request to accounting@giddyup.io. Once submitted, GiddyUp can update this for you.

Invoice Minimums

  • Everflow does not generate invoices under $50.

  • Wire payments require a $1000 minimum due to fees. Smaller balances will roll over until the threshold is met.

User Access

  • If you’d like to add additional users to view invoices, contact GiddyUp Support.


Common Questions

Q. Why do I need to provide documentation?

A. This is required by banking regulations, OFAC compliance, and the IRS to verify payee identity.

Q. Why do I need a tax form?

A. The IRS requires all US and non-U.S. payees to submit the appropriate form. Non-US partners may be eligible for reduced withholding under tax treaties.
