Compliance, Paid Search & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting the PurelyWHITE Deluxe offer must follow the guidelines below to ensure all promotional content remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.

These policies apply across all traffic sources, including:

  • Paid search

  • Paid social

  • Native advertising

  • Display

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Influencer marketing

  • Advertorials

  • Landing pages

Failure to comply with these policies may result in traffic being paused, commissions reversed, or removal from the offer.


🚫 Restricted Traffic Sources

Effective immediately, the following traffic sources are not permitted:

  • Native advertising

  • Google (including all paid search and Google-based traffic)


🔍 Search & Listicle Policy

Due to updated compliance requirements, search-driven traffic and certain content formats are restricted.

❌ Not Allowed

Affiliates may not run:

  • Any search-based traffic (Google, Bing, YouTube search, or similar platforms)

  • Comparison-style listicles (e.g., “Top 5 Teeth Whitening Kits”, “Best Whitening Products of 2026”)

  • Content designed to rank for or capture search intent

✅ Allowed

  • Standard listicle-style content that is:

    • Non-comparative

    • Not positioned as rankings or “best of” content

    • Not built for search arbitrage

All content must clearly function as independent promotional or advertorial content, not as search-driven acquisition.


🚫 No Unauthorized Domains

Affiliates may not:

  • Register domains containing the PurelyWHITE brand name

  • Use the brand name within subdomains

  • Create domains that imply official ownership of the brand

Examples of prohibited domains:

  • purelywhiteofficial.com

  • buy-purelywhite.com

  • purelywhite-store.com

Domains must remain independent review or promotional sites.


⚠️ Messaging & Claims Policy

PurelyWHITE Deluxe must be marketed as a cosmetic teeth whitening product, not as a medical or dental treatment.

Affiliates must avoid:

  • Medical claims

  • Drug-like claims

  • FDA approval statements

  • Claims implying dental treatment or clinical procedures

❌ Prohibited Claims

Do not state or imply that PurelyWHITE:

  • Is FDA approved

  • Is a dental treatment or medical device

  • Replaces professional dental procedures

  • Permanently whitens teeth

  • Provides guaranteed whitening results

  • Works instantly for all users

Avoid language such as:

  • “Clinically proven whitening treatment”

  • “Dentist-grade bleaching system”

  • “Guaranteed Hollywood smile overnight”

  • “Permanent whitening solution”


✅ Acceptable Positioning

Affiliates may promote PurelyWHITE using cosmetic-focused language, such as:

  • Helps whiten the appearance of teeth

  • Designed to support a brighter-looking smile

  • At-home teeth whitening solution

  • Easy-to-use whitening system

  • Supports a more confident smile

All claims must remain realistic and compliant with advertising platform policies.


📸 Creative & Brand Usage

Affiliates must:

  • Use only approved brand assets when available

  • Avoid altering brand logos or product images

  • Avoid unrealistic before-and-after images

  • Avoid exaggerated whitening results

Before-and-after imagery should reflect typical cosmetic whitening outcomes.


🚨 Compliance Enforcement

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in:

  • Immediate traffic pause

  • Commission reversals

  • Withheld payments

  • Removal from the offer

  • Escalation to network compliance review
