Affiliates promoting the SERENESITZ offer must follow these compliance guidelines to ensure all promotional content remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.

🚫 Paid Search & Brand Bidding Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

  • Bid on the SERENESITZ brand name or any variation, misspelling, or derivative in search engines.

  • Bid on branded terms combined with words such as:

    • Official Site

    • Website

    • Reviews

    • Discount

    • Coupon

    • Promo Code

    • Customer Service

    • Support

  • Use the brand name in ad copy, display URLs, headlines, paths, or extensions.

  • Direct-link paid search traffic to the offer landing page.

  • Engage in search arbitrage or other traffic sources that rely primarily on branded search intent.

🚫 Misleading Product Claims

Affiliates must not:

  • Guarantee relief from pain, discomfort, injuries, or medical conditions.

  • Claim that SERENESITZ can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

  • Make unsubstantiated claims regarding posture correction, spinal alignment, circulation, mobility, or long-term health outcomes.

  • Present product benefits as guaranteed results.

  • Misrepresent pricing, discounts, product availability, warranties, or promotions.

All product claims should be framed as comfort, support, or user-experience benefits and must remain consistent with approved marketing materials.

📢 Approved Marketing Practices

Affiliates may:

  • Accurately describe the product's ergonomic design, support features, and intended use.

  • Create educational, review, comparison, lifestyle, and informational content.

  • Use approved creative assets provided by GiddyUp or the advertiser.

  • Promote through approved traffic sources in accordance with offer terms.

⚠️ Compliance Enforcement

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the offer.

  • Reversal of commissions associated with non-compliant traffic.

  • Suspension or termination of platform access.

  • Additional compliance actions at GiddyUp's discretion.
