EvaChill Offer

Compliance Guidelines

Affiliates promoting the EvaChill Personal Air Cooler must follow the compliance standards below to ensure all marketing remains accurate, non-misleading, and aligned with the product’s intended use.

EvaChill is a personal evaporative air cooler designed to improve comfort within a small, nearby area. It must not be promoted as a traditional air-conditioning system or as a solution for cooling entire rooms or large spaces.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in traffic being paused, commissions reversed, withheld payments, or removal from the offer.

❗ Negative Keyword Enforcement

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on EvaChill branded terms in paid search campaigns.

This restriction applies to:

  • Google Ads

  • Microsoft/Bing Ads

  • YouTube Ads

  • Performance Max campaigns

  • Display campaign targeting

  • Shopping campaigns

  • Search arbitrage campaigns

Affiliates must also add EvaChill branded terms as negative keywords across all paid search campaigns to prevent accidental matching.

🚫 Prohibited Keywords

The following keywords are prohibited under all match types (Exact, Phrase, Broad), including close variations, misspellings, abbreviations, pluralizations, and combinations:

  • EvaChill

  • Eva Chill

  • Evachill

  • EvaChill Air Cooler

  • EvaChill Cooler

  • EvaChill AC

  • Eva Breeze

  • EvaBreeze

  • Any EvaChill branded product names

  • Any close variations or common misspellings of EvaChill

🚫 Search Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

  • Bid on EvaChill branded keywords or close variations.

  • Bid on competitor + EvaChill comparison keywords.

  • Use EvaChill brand terms in:

    • Ad headlines

    • Ad descriptions

    • Display URLs

    • URL paths

    • Final URLs

    • Tracking URLs

  • Use EvaChill trademarks in domain names or subdomains.

  • Direct-link paid search traffic to the offer.

  • Use Dynamic Search Ads (DSAs) that may trigger EvaChill branded searches.

  • Use Performance Max campaigns unless all EvaChill branded terms are properly excluded as negative keywords.

❗ Critical Product Positioning

EvaChill must not be positioned as a full air conditioner.

Affiliates may not imply that EvaChill:

  • Functions like a traditional central or window air-conditioning unit

  • Replaces an air conditioner

  • Cools an entire room

  • Cools large or open spaces

  • Provides whole-home cooling

  • Produces guaranteed room-wide temperature reductions

EvaChill should always be presented as a personal air cooler intended for close-range use.

✅ Approved Product Claims

Affiliates may use accurate messaging such as:

  • “Personal air cooler”

  • “Cools the air around you”

  • “Creates a personal comfort zone”

  • “Designed for close-range cooling”

  • “Helps improve comfort at your desk or bedside”

  • “Energy-efficient alternative to running traditional AC”

  • “Ideal for personal spaces”

  • “Provides localized cooling”

  • “Best suited for warm, dry environments”

  • “Helps make your immediate surroundings feel more comfortable”

Claims should clearly communicate that cooling is localized and experienced within the area immediately surrounding the user.

🚫 Prohibited Claims

Affiliates may not claim or imply that EvaChill:

  • “Replaces AC”

  • “Works better than air conditioning”

  • “Cools entire rooms”

  • “Cools large spaces”

  • “Cools your whole house”

  • “Provides central-air performance”

  • “Instantly lowers the temperature of any room”

  • “Works in every climate”

  • “Delivers freezing or ice-cold air”

  • “Provides guaranteed temperature reductions”

  • “Can cool a room by a specific number of degrees” without clear, approved context

  • Eliminates the need for traditional air conditioning in all circumstances

Affiliates must also avoid exaggerated before-and-after temperature comparisons, misleading demonstrations, or visuals that suggest room-wide cooling performance.

📍 Required Usage Messaging

Promotional content must make it clear that EvaChill is best used in close proximity to the user.

Recommended use cases include:

  • On a desk

  • Beside a bed

  • At a workstation

  • In a home office

  • Near a couch or reading area

  • Within a small personal space

Messaging should explain that EvaChill creates a localized comfort zone rather than cooling the entire surrounding room.

🌡️ Climate and Performance Disclosures

EvaChill uses evaporative cooling technology and works best in warm, dry environments.

Affiliates should not imply that performance will be identical in all climates or humidity levels.

Content should accurately communicate that:

  • Results may vary based on temperature, humidity, airflow, and proximity

  • The product performs best in dry or warm conditions

  • Higher humidity may reduce the cooling effect

  • Users should remain near the device to experience the intended benefit

Affiliates may not guarantee specific performance results unless those claims have been explicitly approved and properly supported.

⚡ Energy-Efficiency Messaging

EvaChill may be described as an energy-efficient alternative to running traditional AC for personal comfort.

However, affiliates must not imply that:

  • EvaChill provides the same cooling capacity as a full air conditioner

  • It can replace all household air-conditioning use

  • Every user will experience specific or guaranteed energy savings

  • It will reduce electricity bills by a specific percentage or dollar amount without approved substantiation

Energy-efficiency messaging must remain focused on personal, localized use.

🎥 Creative and Demonstration Requirements

Videos, images, advertorials, and demonstrations must accurately reflect the product’s intended use.

Creative content should:

  • Show EvaChill positioned near the user

  • Demonstrate desk, bedside, or personal-space use

  • Avoid showing the device cooling multiple people across a room

  • Avoid room-wide temperature graphics or dramatic thermostat changes

  • Avoid oversized airflow effects that exaggerate performance

  • Avoid comparisons that make EvaChill appear equivalent to a traditional AC unit

Any temperature demonstrations must include proper context, testing conditions, and approved substantiation.

⚠️ Misleading Messaging Restrictions

Affiliates must not use misleading, absolute, or sensational language, including:

  • “The only AC you’ll ever need”

  • “Say goodbye to air conditioning forever”

  • “Cools any room in minutes”

  • “Turns any room into an icebox”

  • “Powerful enough to cool your entire home”

  • “Guaranteed to beat the heat”

  • “Works perfectly in any climate”

  • “Instantly drops the room temperature”

Claims should remain realistic, qualified, and focused on localized personal comfort.

⚖️ Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Immediate traffic suspension

  • Required removal or correction of non-compliant content

  • Reversal of commissions generated through misleading promotions

  • Removal from the EvaChill campaign

  • Permanent removal from future promotions within the GiddyUp Network

Affiliates are responsible for reviewing all advertisements, landing pages, advertorials, videos, emails, social media posts, and other promotional materials before launch to ensure EvaChill is consistently presented as a personal air cooler, not a full air-conditioning system.
