Legacy Will Offer

Compliance Guidelines

To maintain brand integrity and ensure network-wide compliance, affiliates promoting Legacy Will must adhere to the following paid search policy.


⚠️ Important

We appreciate your effort to proactively avoid non-compliant branded search bidding. Please note that:

  • The prohibited keyword list below is not exhaustive.

  • Any branded term, misspelling, abbreviation, or close variation of the Legacy Will trademark is prohibited, whether or not it appears on this list.

  • "The keyword wasn't listed" is not an acceptable defense if flagged.

  • GiddyUp may update these guidelines at any time as new branded search terms emerge.

  • Affiliates are expected to promptly remove any prohibited keywords identified during compliance reviews.


❗ Prohibited Keywords

The following trademarked terms, along with any close variations, misspellings, singular/plural forms, abbreviations, or combinations, are prohibited:

  • Legacy Will

  • LegacyWill

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Keywords containing the Legacy Will trademark

  • "Official Site," "Official Website," or similar language used with the brand name

  • Review, reviews, coupon, coupons, discount, discounts, promo code, promo codes, price, pricing, sale, deals, or comparison searches that include the Legacy Will trademark

  • Display URLs, domains, subdomains, or URL paths containing the Legacy Will trademark


🚫 Additional Paid Search Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

  • Bid on Legacy Will trademark terms or any confusingly similar variations.

  • Use the Legacy Will trademark in ad headlines, descriptions, display URLs, final URLs, or ad assets.

  • Register or use domains, subdomains, or social media usernames containing the Legacy Will trademark.

  • Create ads or landing pages that imply an official relationship with Legacy Will through language such as "Official Site," "Official Partner," or similar claims unless expressly authorized.

  • Direct-link branded paid search traffic to the offer unless expressly approved by GiddyUp.


🔍 Why This Matters

Bidding on branded search terms undermines brand partnerships, creates an unfair competitive environment, and may violate search engine advertising policies.

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the Legacy Will offer

  • Commission holds or reversals for non-compliant traffic

  • Suspension from additional GiddyUp offers

  • Termination from the GiddyUp Network for repeated or egregious violations


✅ Stay Compliant

  • Never bid on Legacy Will branded terms or close variations.

  • Avoid using the Legacy Will trademark in keywords, ad copy, URLs, domains, or landing pages.

  • Focus on compliant, benefit-driven, non-branded keywords.

  • Review your campaigns regularly to ensure continued compliance.
