RUNNR offers affordable activewear for runners, built with performance in mind. All advertising should accurately represent the products, pricing, features, and intended use without exaggerating performance or making unsupported claims.
❗ Brand Bidding & Negative Keyword Enforcement
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on RUNNR branded terms in paid search campaigns.
This restriction applies to:
Paid search platforms, including Google, Bing, and similar platforms
Search keywords and targeting
Display and tracking URLs
Domains and subdomains
Ad headlines, descriptions, copy, and metadata
Exact, phrase, broad, or other match variations
Misspellings and close variations intended to capture branded search traffic
🚫 Branded Negative Keywords
The following terms must be added as negative keywords where applicable:

RUNNR official website
RUNNR website
RUNNR activewear
RUNNR running apparel
RUNNR running clothes
RUNNR clothing

RUNNR promo code

Partners must also avoid deliberate misspellings, spacing variations, or other modifications of the RUNNR name intended to circumvent these restrictions.
RUNNR and variations of the brand name may not be used in domains, subdomains, or URLs in a manner that could imply the page is owned or operated by RUNNR.

All claims about RUNNR products must be accurate, supportable, and consistent with brand-approved materials.

Wearing RUNNR apparel will prevent or treat injuries
RUNNR products will eliminate pain, soreness, fatigue, or other physical conditions

RUNNR apparel will make someone run faster or farther
A specific product feature or technology exists unless confirmed by approved brand materials
Unsupported superiority claims such as “the #1 running apparel,” “the best running gear,” or “better than every major running brand”
Any guarantee regarding results that is not expressly offered by RUNNR

Partners may focus on RUNNR's approved brand positioning and product attributes.
Examples include:
“Affordable activewear for runners”
“Running apparel built with performance in mind”
“Activewear designed for runners”
“Performance-focused running apparel at an accessible price”
Descriptions of specific materials, fit, construction, or product features when supported by RUNNR's product information
Marketing should focus on the apparel and the running experience, rather than promising specific athletic or health outcomes.
💰 Pricing, Discounts & Promotions
Any pricing, discount, sale, or promotional messaging must accurately reflect the offer currently available to consumers.
Partners must not:
Advertise an expired promotion
Inflate a discount percentage
Create unauthorized coupon or promo codes
Advertise a lower price than what is available on the destination page
Use false urgency or scarcity
Claim an offer is “today only,” “ending tonight,” or similar unless that deadline is accurate and authorized
Pricing and promotional claims should remain consistent from the advertisement through the customer journey.
🚫 “Official Site” & Brand Impersonation
Partners may not use language that could cause consumers to believe an affiliate-owned page is operated by RUNNR.
Do not use phrases such as:
“Official Site”
“Official Website”
“RUNNR Official”
“Official RUNNR Store”
“RUNNR Official Store”
Similar language implying direct brand ownership or authorization
Affiliate landing pages, advertorials, and review pages must be clearly distinguishable from RUNNR-owned properties.
🏃 Creative & Brand Representation
Creative should represent RUNNR products accurately and professionally.
Partners must not:
Alter product images in a way that materially misrepresents the product
Fabricate product features or specifications
Create fake RUNNR endorsements
Use fabricated customer testimonials or reviews
Imply endorsement by professional athletes, running organizations, medical professionals, or other third parties without authorization
Use another company's trademarks, logos, or intellectual property in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation or comparison
🔎 Compliance Responsibility
Partners are responsible for ensuring that all promotional materials remain compliant, including:
Paid ads
Landing pages
Advertorials and review pages
Video and image creative
Social media content
Email and SMS marketing
Domains and URLs
Paid search campaigns
Headlines and metadata
When in doubt, partners should use brand-approved assets and messaging and avoid introducing performance, health, pricing, or comparative claims that cannot be substantiated.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in creative rejection, requests for immediate revisions, campaign suspension, or removal from the RUNNR offer.
