All marketing partners promoting Ondrela – Smart Tracker must follow the requirements below. These guidelines apply to advertisements, landing pages, advertorials, domains, social media, email, SMS, videos, native advertising, and all other promotional materials.
Failure to comply may result in the removal of promotional content, suspension or termination from the offer, and the withholding of commissions associated with non-compliant traffic.
Brand Bidding and Paid Search
Bidding on Ondrela branded or trademark-related search terms is strictly prohibited.
Restricted terms include, but are not limited to:

Misspellings, variations, and combinations of the terms above
Marketing partners may not:
Bid on restricted terms using exact, phrase, or broad match.
Target misspellings, close variants, or modified versions of branded terms.
Use restricted terms in paid-search headlines, descriptions, display URLs, paths, or extensions.
Target searches that imply an advertisement or website is operated by Ondrela.
Compete with official Ondrela advertisements or search listings.
Arrange for another advertiser, publisher, agency, or sub-affiliate to bid on restricted terms.
All restricted terms and close variants must be added as account-level negative keywords. Partners must regularly monitor search-term reports and prevent match expansion into branded searches.
Domains, Advertorials, and Impersonation
Marketing partners may not use domains, subdomains, URLs, page titles, or social media handles that imitate or could be mistaken for an official Ondrela property.

Promotional materials may not:
Present an affiliate website or account as the official Ondrela website.
Use “official,” “authorized,” or similar language without written approval.

Impersonate Ondrela, GiddyUp, Apple, Google, a news organization, a government agency, or an independent consumer group.
Use fake news stories, fabricated interviews, or misleading editorial formats.
Advertorials and sponsored content must be clearly and conspicuously identified as advertising where required.
Product and Tracking Claims
Only claims found in approved Ondrela or GiddyUp materials may be used.
Marketing partners may not claim or imply that Ondrela:
Provides continuous, real-time GPS tracking unless specifically supported by approved materials.
Guarantees the recovery of lost or stolen property.
Prevents theft or makes an item impossible to lose.
Can locate an item in every environment or under all conditions.
Works without a compatible phone, network, account, or required setup.
Has unlimited range independent of compatible device networks.
Is intended to secretly monitor people.
Is a substitute for emergency, security, or law-enforcement services.
Is designed or approved for tracking children, adults, pets, or vehicles unless expressly authorized.
Offers specifications, compatibility, battery life, water resistance, or privacy protections beyond those stated in approved materials.
Statements such as “always know where your valuables are,” “never lose anything again,” or “track anything anywhere” must not be presented as absolute guarantees.
Marketing must clearly describe the product as an item tracker and accurately communicate any relevant limitations.
Apple, Android, and Third-Party References
References to Apple, Android, Google, Find My, Find My Device, Bluetooth, or other third-party brands and technologies must be accurate and consistent with approved materials.
Marketing partners may not:
Claim or imply that Ondrela is manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or sold by Apple, Google, or another third party.
Use third-party logos or trademarks without authorization.
Describe compatibility more broadly than supported by the approved offer.
Guarantee compatibility with every smartphone, operating system, charging device, or tracking network.
Alter the names of third-party products or services in a misleading way.
Any required trademark attribution or compatibility disclosure must be included.
Privacy, Safety, and Responsible Use
Ondrela may only be promoted for lawful tracking of personal belongings.
Marketing partners may not encourage or depict:
Secretly tracking another person.
Stalking, harassment, surveillance, or monitoring without consent.
Hiding the tracker on another person or in their belongings without permission.
Using the product to evade law enforcement.
Any unlawful or unsafe activity.
Do not make unsupported claims that location data is anonymous, impossible to access, completely private, or immune from hacking. Privacy and security claims must match approved product documentation.
Pricing, Discounts, and Promotions
All advertised prices, discounts, bundles, shipping terms, return policies, warranties, and guarantees must match the current approved offer.
Marketing partners may not:
Invent coupon codes, discounts, bonuses, or promotions.
Advertise expired or unavailable pricing.
Claim “lowest price,” “best price,” or similar pricing superiority without written approval.
Use false countdown timers or fabricated stock warnings.
Create misleading urgency or claim that an offer is ending when no genuine deadline exists.
Misrepresent shipping times, delivery availability, refund eligibility, or return requirements.
Describe the purchase as free when payment, shipping, enrollment, or another obligation is required.
Any “up to” discount must be presented accurately and must not imply that every customer will receive the maximum discount.
Testimonials, Reviews, and Comparisons
Testimonials and reviews must represent genuine experiences and may not be fabricated, altered, or taken out of context.
Marketing partners must not:
Create fake customer reviews or comments.
Use actors or stock imagery as customers without appropriate disclosure.
Present exceptional experiences as guaranteed or typical.
Claim Ondrela is “#1,” “the best,” or an award winner without approved substantiation.
Publish comparisons that contain false or unsupported statements about competing products.
Misrepresent independent testing, media coverage, or consumer rankings.
Affiliate, sponsorship, and other material relationships must be clearly disclosed near the endorsement or promotional link.
Images, Videos, and Creative Assets
Only approved brand assets or properly licensed materials may be used.
Marketing partners may not:
Modify the Ondrela name or logo in a misleading manner.
Use copyrighted images, videos, music, testimonials, or third-party logos without permission.
Show functionality or product behavior that the tracker does not provide.
Digitally alter demonstrations in a way that exaggerates performance.
Use AI-generated content that misrepresents the product, tracking interface, range, alerts, or results.
Depict the tracker being used for unlawful surveillance or nonconsensual monitoring.
Any simulated phone screens, maps, alerts, or demonstrations must be clearly identified when necessary and must accurately represent the user experience.
Email, SMS, and Direct Messaging
Email, SMS, push notifications, and direct-message campaigns require authorization and must comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
Marketing partners may not:
Send unsolicited commercial messages.
Use deceptive sender names, subject lines, or preview text.
Imply a message was sent directly by Ondrela unless authorized.
Use purchased, scraped, or improperly obtained contact lists.
Omit required sender identification, consent language, mailing information, or unsubscribe options.
Use false security alerts, lost-item warnings, or tracking notifications to generate clicks.
Social Media and Influencer Marketing
Social media promotions must accurately identify the advertiser and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship.
Marketing partners may not:
Create accounts that appear to be official Ondrela accounts.
Use “official” in an account name, handle, biography, or advertisement without authorization.
Publish fabricated engagement, comments, reviews, or customer stories.
Make unsupported claims in captions, videos, livestreams, comments, or replies.
Use fear-based content suggesting that a viewer’s belongings are currently being tracked, stolen, or compromised.
Conceal affiliate or sponsored relationships.
Prohibited Traffic and Marketing Practices
The following practices are prohibited:
Brand bidding or trademark infringement.
Cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
Cloaking, misleading redirects, or destination swapping.
Adware, spyware, malware, or unauthorized browser extensions.
Fake news, fake celebrity endorsements, or impersonation.
Deceptive security warnings, location alerts, or system notifications.
Spam, bot traffic, click fraud, or other invalid traffic.
Unauthorized coupon, cashback, rebate, loyalty, or incentive traffic.
Promotion alongside illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsuitable content.
Any advertising practice that violates applicable law or platform policies.
Compliance Responsibilities
Marketing partners are responsible for the conduct of their employees, contractors, agencies, media buyers, sub-affiliates, and other traffic sources.
Partners must:
Review promotional materials before launch.
Maintain current account-level negative keyword lists.
Monitor search queries, placements, creatives, and traffic sources.
Keep records showing where and how Ondrela is being promoted.
Provide requested advertisements, URLs, screenshots, keyword reports, and traffic-source information during a compliance review.
Immediately remove or correct non-compliant content when notified.
Obtain written approval before using any unapproved claim, creative, promotion, or traffic method.
GiddyUp may require the modification or removal of any promotion that creates legal, regulatory, platform, consumer-protection, privacy, safety, or brand-reputation concerns.
Questions or approval requests should be submitted to the GiddyUp Compliance Team before launching the applicable campaign.
