The finished HALT! product itself is UL certified.

Approved Alternative Language
UL Language
Instead of "UL Approved" or "UL Certified," use:
"The firefighting formula contains a UL 8 Recognized Component."
Fire Class Language
Instead of saying the product is "approved for" particular fire classes, use:
"Effective on common Class A, B, C, D, K and lithium-ion fire hazards, as applicable to the specific HALT! formula and product."
Only reference a fire type when it is supported for that specific SKU. Do not imply that every HALT! product is effective on every listed fire class.
Product Positioning
Instead of describing HALT! as a replacement for an extinguisher, use:
"HALT! is a compact, easy-to-use supplemental fire-safety device designed for rapid response to small fires before they spread."
Additional acceptable language includes:
"Designed to help suppress small fires quickly."
"Compact and easy to use in an emergency."
"An additional layer of fire preparedness."
"Intended for rapid response during the early stages of a fire."
"Use alongside standard fire-safety equipment."
Required Safety Positioning
All landing pages must clearly state:
"HALT! is not a replacement for a code-required or standard fire extinguisher."
Landing pages must also communicate that users must:
Follow all product-label instructions.
Call 911 and evacuate when a fire is spreading, producing heavy smoke, or cannot be safely controlled.
Never place themselves in danger to fight a fire.
Use the product only on small, early-stage fires when there is a clear exit path.
Made in USA Claims
"Made in USA" claims may be used only for products that are confirmed to qualify.
Publishers may:
Describe the primary HALT! Fire Fighting Foam Spray using approved Made in USA language.
Do not use Made in USA claims for:
Fire blankets
Fireproof and waterproof document bags
Any accessory unless separately confirmed in writing
Product & Performance Claims
All claims must be accurate, supportable, and specific to the applicable product. Do not exaggerate performance or make unverified comparisons against traditional extinguishers, competitors, or fire-department equipment.
Avoid words and phrases such as:
Guaranteed
Fail-safe
Fireproof (unless specifically accurate for the item)
Eliminates all fires
Works on any fire
Safer than all extinguishers
More effective than fire-department equipment
Acceptable attributes, when supported for the applicable product, include:

Non-corrosive
Compact
Easy to use
Designed for rapid response
Leaves little or no residue
Suitable for use around the home, vehicles, grills, batteries, or other settings only when supported by the product label
