Emma Relief Offer

Compliance, Negative Keyword & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting the Emma Relief offer must follow strict restrictions to protect brand integrity and ensure fair competition across paid media channels.

Paid Search Prohibition
Effective immediately, all paid search activity is prohibited for Emma Relief. This applies to:

  • All search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.)

  • All match types (exact, phrase, broad)

  • Paid social campaigns where keyword targeting is used

🚫 Negative Keyword Enforcement (Historical)
Previously, affiliates were restricted from bidding on branded terms. With this update, all paid search is now disallowed.

For reference, the following keywords remain strictly off-limits in any ad copy, display URL, or metadata:

  • Emma Relief

  • My Emma Relief

  • Emma Wellness

  • Emma Pain Relief

  • Emma Relief Band

  • EmmaRelief.com

  • Buy Emma Relief

  • Emma Relief Official

  • Misspellings, close variations, or combinations with generic terms (e.g., Emma Relief bracelet, Emma Relief discount code)

🔍 Why This Matters
These keywords are trademarked and brand-protected terms. Running paid search campaigns — even on non-branded terms — has led to increased compliance claims. This policy ensures:

  • The brand maintains full control of its search presence

  • Reduced legal and compliance risks

  • Alignment with GiddyUp’s partner agreement and brand policy

🚫 Consequences of Violating This Policy
If you are found to be running paid search traffic for Emma Relief:

  • You will be immediately removed from the offer

  • Any associated payouts will be withheld

  • Your account may be suspended or terminated from the GiddyUp Network

Repeat violations or deceptive practices may result in permanent bans or legal action.

Stay Compliant
To stay within policy:

  • Remove all paid search campaigns by the deadline above

  • Avoid using Emma Relief in:

    • Keywords

    • Ad copy, headlines, or sitelinks

    • Tracking or display URLs

    • Image file names or metadata

  • Use only approved creatives and messaging from the GiddyUp platform

  • Reach out for a compliance review before launching new campaigns
