  • Paid search ads (Google, Bing, etc.)

  • Display and tracking URLs

  • Domains and subdomains

  • Headlines, ad copy, and metadata

🚫 Prohibited Keywords

Kailo Branded Terms

All branded and competitor keywords are strictly prohibited under any match type (exact, phrase, broad).

Affiliates may not bid on, target, or include these terms in any paid advertising campaign or metadata.

⚠️ Messaging Restrictions

Affiliates must ensure all marketing remains accurate, compliant, and free from exaggerated medical, regulatory, or comparative claims.

🚫 Prohibited Terminology (FDA Restriction)

The term “nanotech” is strictly prohibited in any printed marketing materials, advertorials, landing pages, downloadable PDFs, direct mail pieces, or static content.

Due to FDA guidance, affiliates may not reference:

  • Nanotech

  • Nanotechnology

  • Nano technology

  • Any variation or derivative of the above

This applies specifically to printed and static promotional content and must be strictly enforced.

❌ Do NOT Say:

  • “Kailo is superior to Jovi”

  • “Kailo cures pain instantly”

  • “Clinically proven pain elimination” (unless expressly authorized)

  • Any claim implying FDA approval, medical certification, or guaranteed results

✅ You MAY Say:

  • “Kailo is designed to support everyday comfort”

  • “A drug-free, reusable patch designed for temporary relief”

  • “Simple, wearable comfort technology”

  • “An alternative approach to managing everyday discomfort”

Messaging should remain benefit-focused and avoid definitive medical, therapeutic, regulatory, or comparative superiority claims.

🔍 Why This Matters

Additionally, regulatory-sensitive terminology such as “nanotech” creates compliance exposure under FDA advertising standards.

Strict compliance protects:

  • Brand integrity

  • Regulatory standing

  • Platform stability

  • Affiliate eligibility

🚫 Violations Will Result In:

  • Immediate removal from the Kailo offer

  • Holds placed on affiliate payouts

  • Escalation to compliance review

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network

✅ Stay Compliant

  • Use non-branded, benefit-focused keywords only

  • Do not reference competitor brands in ads or landing pages

  • Do not use the term “nanotech” in printed or static materials

  • Avoid medical, guaranteed, regulatory, or superiority claims

  • When in doubt, seek written approval before launching
