Affiliates promoting the Zippi Sweeper offer must follow strict compliance guidelines to ensure all content is brand-safe, accurate, and legally compliant.

⚠️ Logo & Trademark Restrictions

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Altering, distorting, or creating derivative versions of the Zippi Sweeper logo.

  • Using unapproved third-party logos (e.g., vacuum brands, certification marks, or retailer seals).

  • Implying unauthorized partnerships, endorsements, or product comparisons with major cleaning brands.

This includes all use across:

  • Paid ads (images, banners, video)

  • Landing pages or funnels

  • Product comparison or review sites

  • Emails, blogs, or social media content

❌ Do NOT:

  • Claim official endorsement from In Touch, Women’s World, or Us Weekly beyond “as featured in.”

  • Suggest the product is backed by retailers like Walmart, Amazon, or Target.

  • Use competitor brand names (e.g., Dyson, Shark, Bissell) in copy, keywords, or creatives.

🔍 Brand Bidding Restrictions

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on branded terms in any paid search campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Zippi Sweeper

  • Zippi

  • GetZippiSweeper.com

  • Zippi Cleaner

  • Any misspellings or variations of the brand name

This restriction applies across all paid search platforms (Google, Bing, etc.), ad copy, display/tracking URLs, and domains/subdomains.

✅ Stay Compliant

  • Use only approved creative assets available in the Zippi Sweeper creative folder.

  • Highlight approved product messaging such as:

    • “Tri-Brush Technology + 360° cleaning power”

    • “Cordless, lightweight, and easy to maneuver”

    • “As featured in In Touch, Women’s World, and Us Weekly

  • Focus on ease-of-use, innovation, and evergreen cleaning benefits.

⚠️ Why This Matters

Improper use of logos, unapproved endorsements, or violations of paid search rules can cause consumer confusion, create legal risk, and damage the brand’s reputation.

Violations of this policy will result in:

  • Removal from the Zippi Sweeper offer

  • Payout holds

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
