Compliance & Negative Keyword & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting the Air-C by ReAthlete offer must follow strict compliance guidelines to ensure all promotional content is accurate, legally compliant, and consistent with brand standards.

⚠️ Logo, Trademark & Patent Restrictions

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Altering, distorting, or creating derivative versions of the ReAthlete or Air-C logos.

  • Using the logos without prior approval outside of the provided creative assets.

  • Claiming ownership or misuse of Air-C’s patented technology (design + utility patents pending).

  • Implying any unauthorized certifications, partnerships, or endorsements from medical boards, clinics, or organizations.

This includes all use across:

  • Paid ads (images, banners, video)

  • Landing pages or funnels

  • Product comparison/review pages

  • Emails, blogs, or social media content

❌ Do NOT:

  • Use unapproved medical logos (e.g., FDA, AMA, hospital seals, or third-party medical groups).

  • Claim guaranteed outcomes (e.g., “Air-C will completely cure leg pain”).

  • Suggest endorsements from individuals, celebrities, or organizations not explicitly provided by ReAthlete.

🔍 Brand Bidding Restrictions

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on branded terms in any paid search campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Air-C

  • ReAthlete

  • AirC

  • Air C Compression

  • ReAthlete Air-C

  • ReAthlete.com

  • Any variations, misspellings, or combinations of the above

This restriction applies across all paid search platforms (Google, Bing, etc.), ad copy, display/tracking URLs, and domains/subdomains.

✅ Stay Compliant

  • Use only approved creative assets available in the Air-C affiliate resources (Canto library).

  • Highlight approved messaging, such as:

    • “Clinically proven compression therapy”

    • “Doctor and physical therapist recommended”

    • “Relief for leg pain, swelling, and circulation issues”

  • Reference patented technology only as provided in brand-approved materials.

  • Focus messaging on real customer benefits and testimonials available in official resources.

⚠️ Why This Matters

Improper use of logos, unapproved medical claims, or violations of search restrictions may cause consumer confusion, legal risk, and damage to the brand’s credibility.

Violations of this policy will result in:

  • Removal from the Air-C offer

  • Payout holds

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
