Affiliates promoting Vanish DrySerum must adhere to the following guidelines to protect brand integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain good standing within the GiddyUp Network.

These policies apply across all traffic sources, including paid search, paid social, native, display, email, SMS, influencer marketing, advertorials, and landing pages.


❗ Negative Keyword Enforcement (Paid Search)

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on or targeting branded terms related to Vanish DrySerum in any paid search campaigns. This includes:

  • Google Ads

  • Bing Ads

  • YouTube Ads

  • Performance Max

  • Any search-based platform

This restriction applies to:

  • Exact match

  • Phrase match

  • Broad match

  • Close variations or misspellings

  • Display URLs

  • Tracking URLs

  • Domains and subdomains

  • Meta descriptions or hidden text

Affiliates may not:

  • Create “review-style” domains that imply official brand ownership

  • Imitate the brand’s direct website or visual identity

  • Present themselves as the “official site”

Examples of prohibited language:

  • “Official Vanish Site”

  • “Vanish DrySerum Official Store”

  • “Buy Vanish Direct”

All affiliate pages must clearly function as third-party promotional content.


⚠️ Messaging & Claims Policy

Vanish DrySerum must be marketed as a cosmetic beauty product, not a medical or therapeutic treatment.

Affiliates must avoid:

  • Drug-like claims

  • Clinical guarantees

  • Disease or medical condition references

  • FDA approval statements

❌ Prohibited Claims

Affiliates may describe Vanish DrySerum using cosmetic-focused language such as:

  • Promotes healthier-looking strands

  • Helps improve shine and texture

  • Lightweight, fast-absorbing dry serum

  • Designed to nourish and condition hair

All claims must be realistic, non-medical, and compliant with advertising platform policies.


📸 Creative & Brand Usage

Affiliates must:

  • Use only approved creative assets when provided

  • Avoid altering brand logos

  • Avoid before-and-after images that exaggerate results

  • Avoid misleading imagery implying dramatic regrowth

If using user-generated content, results must be typical and not presented as guaranteed outcomes.


🚨 Compliance Enforcement

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in:

  • Immediate traffic pause

  • Commission reversals

  • Withheld payments

  • Removal from the offer

  • Escalation to network compliance review
