Partners may not bid on or target the KneNest brand in any capacity.

This includes:

  • Brand keywords

  • Misspellings or variations

  • Broad, phrase, or exact match keywords

⚠️ Important Notes

  • This list is a baseline only — partners are responsible for adding additional variations and long-tail combinations

  • Must be applied across all campaigns and match types (broad, phrase, exact)

  • Regularly review search term reports to catch new variations

⚠️ Important: Even if branded terms are added as negative keywords, ads that appear on branded searches will still be considered a violation. Enforcement is outcome-based.

⚙️ Search Campaign Requirements

While search is allowed, partners must ensure:

  • Brand terms are added as negative keywords

  • Campaigns are structured to avoid branded query matching

  • Regular monitoring of search term reports

  • Immediate action taken if branded traffic is detected

⚠️ Automated campaign types (like PMAX) must be used with caution, as they may unintentionally trigger branded queries.

  • Using “KneNest” in search ad copy headlines or descriptions

  • “Official site” or impersonation language

  • Misleading claims or false urgency

  • Fake endorsements or fabricated reviews

  • Claims of instant or immediate pain relief

  • Claims that KneNest “cures” pain (must use “relieves” instead)

  • Stating or implying KneNest is specifically for back sleepers

  • AI-generated images that distort product dimensions or misrepresent product use

✅ Allowed:

  • Generic, problem/solution-based messaging

  • Lifestyle-focused creative

  • Educational or advertorial-style angles

  • Accurate representation of product benefits (using compliant language such as “relieves discomfort”)

📄 Landing Page Guidelines

  • Landing pages should not be structured to rank for branded terms

  • Avoid excessive repetition of the brand name

  • No impersonation of official brand pages

  • Must clearly and accurately represent the product

  • Visuals must reflect true product scale, function, and use

⚠️ Misrepresentation & Claims

Partners may not:

  • Present themselves as the official KneNest website

  • Use fake badges, certifications, or endorsements

  • Make unrealistic or unsubstantiated claims

  • Misrepresent product capabilities, use cases, or outcomes

📧 Email & Messaging Compliance

  • Must be opt-in only

  • Must comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable regulations

🔁 Monitoring & Enforcement

Partners are responsible for ongoing compliance across all campaigns.
