All marketing partners promoting WashUpGo must follow the requirements below. These guidelines apply to all advertisements, landing pages, advertorials, domains, social media content, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
Failure to comply may result in the removal of promotional content, suspension or termination from the offer, and the withholding of commissions associated with non-compliant traffic.
Brand Bidding and Paid Search
Bidding on WashUpGo branded or trademark-related search terms is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited terms include, but are not limited to:

Misspellings, variations, or combinations of the terms above
Marketing partners may not:
Bid on branded terms using exact, phrase, or broad match.
Target misspellings, close variants, or modified versions of branded terms.
Use branded terms in ad headlines, descriptions, display URLs, paths, or extensions.
Target search terms that imply the advertisement or website is owned or operated by WashUpGo.
Outrank or compete with official WashUpGo advertisements or organic listings.
Use another advertiser, publisher, or intermediary to bid on restricted terms.
All restricted brand terms and their close variants must be added as negative keywords at the account level. Partners are responsible for monitoring search-term reports and preventing broad- or phrase-match expansion into restricted queries.
Domains and Advertorials
Marketing partners may not use domain names, subdomains, page titles, or URLs that imitate or could be mistaken for an official WashUpGo property.

Advertorials and comparison pages must clearly identify themselves as advertisements when required by law. They may not imitate independent news publications, consumer organizations, government websites, or the official WashUpGo website.
Any ranking, review, endorsement, or comparison must be truthful, supportable, and based on genuine criteria. WashUpGo may not be presented as the “best,” “#1,” or a test winner unless that statement has been expressly approved and substantiated.
Product Claims
Only claims appearing in approved WashUpGo materials or supplied directly by GiddyUp may be used.
Marketing partners may not:
Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated performance claims.
Guarantee specific results or imply that every customer will achieve the same outcome.
Claim that the product is completely risk-free, maintenance-free, indestructible, or effective in every situation.
Misrepresent the product’s capabilities, specifications, accessories, availability, or intended uses.
State or imply that the product has been endorsed, tested, certified, or approved by a government agency or independent organization without written authorization.
Use unsupported environmental, safety, or cost-saving claims.
Alter approved claims in a way that changes or exaggerates their meaning.
Product demonstrations must accurately reflect ordinary use. Before-and-after images, demonstrations, and testimonials may not be digitally manipulated or presented in a misleading manner.
Pricing, Discounts, and Promotions
All prices, discounts, bundles, bonuses, shipping terms, warranties, and guarantees must match the current approved offer.
Marketing partners may not:
Invent coupon codes, discounts, or limited-time promotions.
Advertise an expired or unavailable price.
Claim “lowest price,” “best price,” or similar pricing superiority without written approval.
Use false countdown timers, fabricated stock warnings, or misleading urgency.
state that an offer ends on a specific date unless that deadline is genuine and approved.
Misrepresent shipping costs, delivery times, return requirements, or refund eligibility.
Any reference to a trial, guarantee, return policy, or warranty must accurately disclose the applicable terms and limitations.
Testimonials, Reviews, and Endorsements
Testimonials and reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences and may not be fabricated, altered, or taken out of context.
Marketing partners must clearly disclose any material connection between the promoter and WashUpGo, including affiliate commissions, free products, sponsorships, or other compensation.
Required disclosures must be:
Clear and easy to understand.
Placed near the endorsement or affiliate link.
Visible without requiring the user to open another page.
Appropriate for the platform and format being used.
Disclosures such as “Ad,” “Advertisement,” “Sponsored,” or “I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link” should be used when applicable.
Images, Video, and Intellectual Property
Only approved brand assets or properly licensed materials may be used.
Marketing partners may not:
Modify the WashUpGo name or logo in a misleading manner.
Present themselves as WashUpGo, GiddyUp, or an authorized company representative.
Copy the official website or create a page likely to be mistaken for it.
Use copyrighted images, videos, music, testimonials, or third-party logos without permission.
Use AI-generated or edited media that misrepresents the product, its operation, or expected results.
Show unsafe, improper, or unintended product use.
Email, SMS, and Direct Messaging
Email, SMS, push notifications, and direct-message campaigns require prior authorization and must comply with all applicable laws and platform requirements.
Marketing partners may not:
Send unsolicited commercial messages.
Use deceptive sender names, subject lines, or preview text.
Imply that a message was sent directly by WashUpGo unless authorized.
Use purchased, scraped, or improperly obtained contact lists.
Omit required sender identification, mailing information, consent language, or unsubscribe options.
Social Media and Influencer Marketing
Social media promotions must accurately identify the advertiser and disclose the affiliate relationship.
Marketing partners may not:
Create accounts or pages that appear to be official WashUpGo accounts.
Use “official” in an account name, handle, biography, or advertisement.
Post fabricated comments, engagement, reviews, or customer experiences.
Make unsupported claims in captions, videos, livestreams, comments, or replies.
Encourage users to participate in deceptive engagement or testimonial practices.
Prohibited Traffic and Marketing Practices
The following practices are prohibited:
Brand bidding or trademark infringement.
Cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
Adware, spyware, malware, or browser extensions that generate unauthorized traffic.
Misleading redirects, cloaking, or destination swapping.
Fake news, fake celebrity endorsements, or impersonation.
Misleading quizzes, surveys, alerts, or system notifications.
Incentivized traffic unless expressly approved.
Spam, bot traffic, click fraud, or other invalid traffic.
Unauthorized coupon, cashback, rebate, or loyalty promotion.
Promotion on illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsuitable content.
Any practice that violates an advertising platform’s policies or applicable law.
Compliance Responsibilities
Marketing partners are responsible for the conduct of their employees, contractors, media buyers, sub-affiliates, agencies, and other traffic sources.
Partners must:
Review all promotional materials before launch.
Maintain current account-level negative keyword lists.
Monitor search queries, placements, creatives, and traffic sources regularly.
Keep records showing where and how the offer is promoted.
Provide requested advertisements, URLs, screenshots, keyword reports, or traffic-source information during a compliance review.
Immediately remove or correct non-compliant content when notified.
Obtain written approval before using any claim, creative, promotion, or traffic method not covered by the approved offer materials.
GiddyUp may require edits or removal of any promotion that creates legal, regulatory, platform, consumer-protection, or brand-reputation concerns.
