Affiliates promoting Hiya must follow the guidelines below to ensure all advertising remains accurate, responsible, and compliant with brand and regulatory standards.


🚫 Negative Keywords (Paid Search)

Affiliates may not bid on or target the following branded keywords or variations in any paid search campaigns (including Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.):

Prohibited Branded Keywords:

  • Hiya

  • Hiya Vitamins

  • Hiya Kids Vitamins

  • Hiya Probiotic

  • Hiya Bedtime Essentials

  • Hiya Daily Immune

This restriction applies to:

  • Exact match

  • Phrase match

  • Broad match

  • Misspellings or close variations

Any paid search traffic triggered by these terms is considered non-compliant.


āš ļø Messaging Restrictions (All Traffic Sources)

Affiliates must not use misleading, unproven, or prohibited claims when advertising Hiya products. The following statements are not allowed in any promotional content, including ads, emails, landing pages, social posts, or influencer content.

āŒ Do NOT Say:

  • That Hiya is ā€œFDA approvedā€

  • That Hiya has passed clinical trials

  • That Hiya cures, prevents, or diagnoses any disease

  • Any medical claims or health guarantees

  • That Hiya vitamins are organic

  • That Hiya contains no chemicals or is ā€œchemical-freeā€

  • Any celebrity endorsements, whether implied or stated


āœ… Approved Messaging (What You Can Say)

Affiliates may use factual, benefit-driven messaging aligned with Hiya’s approved positioning:

  • Hiya includes 15 essential vitamins and minerals, many of which support kids’ immune system, brain function, nervous system, and behavior

  • Hiya is made with a blend of 12 organic fruits and vegetables

  • Hiya contains zero added sugar

    • ā€œZero sugarā€ is allowed when accurately described and not misleading

All statements must remain factual, support-based, and non-medical.

Improper keyword usage or messaging can mislead consumers, violate regulatory guidelines, and negatively impact the Hiya brand.


🚨 Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the Hiya offer

  • Payout holds or reversals

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network

  • Ensure all ingredient and sugar statements are accurate
