ZIVOLIFE™ Offer

Compliance & Negative Keyword & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting ZIVOLIFE™ must follow strict compliance guidelines to ensure all promotional content remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.

⚠️ Product Positioning (CRITICAL)

ZIVOLIFE™ is a whole plant food, not a supplement.

Affiliates must NOT refer to it as:

  • A supplement

  • A blend, formula, or complex

  • A greens powder

  • An ingredient

Correct positioning:

  • “One whole plant”

  • “Whole plant food”

  • “100% Klebsormidium flaccidum

❌ Do NOT:

  • Make medical or disease claims (e.g., arthritis, IBS, anxiety, inflammation treatment)

  • Say it “reduces inflammation” or treats any condition

  • Claim “clinically proven” outcomes

  • Attribute research results directly to the product

  • Guarantee results or timelines

  • Compare directly to named competitors

➡️ Key Rule:
Body systems = OK. Diseases = NOT allowed.

✅ Approved Claim Language

All benefits must fall within structure/function claims, such as:

  • “Supports immune function”

  • “Supports a healthy inflammatory response”

  • “Supports digestive health and gut health”

  • “Supports energy and sustained performance”

  • “Supports mental clarity”

  • “Supports recovery”

  • “Supports healthy hair and skin”

➡️ Claims must always remain support-based, not outcome-based

🔬 Research & Science Claims

You may reference research ONLY at the plant/strain level, not as a product claim.

✅ Allowed:

  • “Backed by published peer-reviewed research”

  • “Bioactive compounds have been identified in Klebsormidium flaccidum

❌ Not allowed:

  • “ZIVOLIFE™ reduces inflammation”

  • “Studies show ZIVOLIFE™ improves digestion”

➡️ Research belongs to the plant, not the product outcome

This includes (but is not limited to):

Misspellings, variations, and close match terms must be added as negative keywords.

“These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

➡️ Testimonials must also include:
“Individual results may vary.”

All creative must:

  • Be factual and non-exaggerated
