Active Skin Repair

Compliance & Negative Keyword & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting the Active Skin Repair offer must comply with the following keyword restrictions to protect the brand’s visibility and prevent unfair competition across paid search channels.

Negative Keyword Enforcement

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on branded terms in any form of paid search, including but not limited to:

  • Search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.)

  • Search ad types (exact match, phrase match, broad match)

  • Paid social media campaigns where keyword bidding is used

This restriction applies to:

  • Paid search ads

  • Ad copy or headlines

  • Display/tracking URLs

  • Domains or metadata (including hidden fields or redirects)

  • Dynamic keyword insertion (DKI)

  • Branded terms in UTM parameters or other tracking tools

🚫 Prohibited Keywords

The following terms (and any variations, misspellings, or combinations) are strictly prohibited:

  • Active Skin Repair

  • BLDG Active

  • BLDG Active Skin Repair

  • ActiveSkinRepair

  • Activeskinrepair.com

  • Active Skin Repair Spray

  • Active Skin Repair Gel

  • Active Skin Repair Kids

  • BLDGActive

  • Active Skin Repair Wound Care

  • Active Skin Repair First Aid

🔍 Why This Matters

These keywords represent branded and trademarked terms owned by Active Skin Repair (BLDG Active). Bidding on them:

  • Creates unfair competition among partners

  • Misleads shoppers by appearing as the brand or its official store

  • Violates GiddyUp’s agreements with the brand

  • Jeopardizes the integrity of the brand’s paid media ecosystem

🚫 Consequences of Violating This Policy

Violations of this policy will result in the following actions:

  • Immediate removal from the Active Skin Repair offer

  • Withholding of payouts for affected traffic or conversions

  • Suspension or permanent termination from the GiddyUp Network

Repeated or egregious violations may result in being banned from future offers or legal action by the brand.

Stay Compliant

To avoid policy violations:

  • Use non-branded, benefit-driven keywords like:

    • “skin healing spray for wounds”

    • “natural first aid for kids”

    • “soothing skin repair treatment”

  • Never include brand names, brand domains, or branded product names in:

    • Search keywords

    • Ad copy or headlines

    • Tracking URLs or domains

    • Image metadata or social ad captions

  • Use only approved messaging and creative assets provided in the GiddyUp platform

  • Contact compliance@giddyup.io before launching any new campaigns if you're unsure
