Anything Speaker

Compliance & Negative Keyword & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting the Anything Speaker offer must adhere to strict keyword bidding restrictions to protect the brand’s identity and ensure fair competition across all paid marketing channels.

Negative Keyword Enforcement

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on branded keywords in any form of paid search, including:

  • Search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.)

  • All match types (exact, phrase, broad)

  • Paid social platforms with keyword targeting

This policy applies to:

  • Paid search ads

  • Ad copy or headlines

  • Display/tracking URLs

  • Domains, subdomains, or redirects

  • Metadata, hidden tags, or alt text

  • Dynamic keyword insertion (DKI)

  • UTM parameters and link tracking tools containing brand names

🚫 Prohibited Keywords

The following branded terms and variations are not allowed in any campaign activity:

  • Anything Speaker

  • AnythingSpeaker

  • The Anything Speaker

  • Anything Bluetooth Speaker

  • AnythingSpeaker.com

  • Anything Speaker Promo Code

  • Buy Anything Speaker

  • Anything Speaker Discount

  • Anything Speaker Official

Also prohibited:

  • Misspellings or plural forms (e.g., Anythingspeaker, Anything Speakers)

  • Branded + generic combos (e.g., Anything Speaker Amazon, Anything Speaker Reviews)

🔍 Why This Matters

These terms are trademarked and brand-owned by the Anything Speaker company. Bidding on them:

  • Creates unfair competition for other affiliates

  • Misleads shoppers into thinking your ad is official

  • Violates GiddyUp’s agreements with the brand

🚫 Consequences of Violating This Policy

Violations will result in:

  • Immediate removal from the Anything Speaker offer

  • Withholding of payouts associated with violating traffic

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network

Severe or repeated violations may lead to a permanent ban and potential legal action by the brand.

Stay Compliant

To remain in good standing:

  • Focus on non-branded, benefit-driven keywords such as:

    • “portable surround sound speaker”

    • “360° Bluetooth speaker”

    • “wireless party speaker with mic”

  • Never use brand names or their variants in:

    • Search terms

    • Ad creatives

    • Display/tracking URLs

    • Metadata or image names

  • Use only approved assets and messaging from the GiddyUp platform

  • Request a pre-launch compliance review if you’re unsure
