Bed Scrunchie Offer

Compliance, Negative Keyword & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting the Bed Scrunchie offer must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure brand protection and maintain good standing in the GiddyUp Network.

❗ Negative Keyword Enforcement

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on any of the following branded terms in paid search campaigns. This applies to:

  • Paid search ads (e.g., Google, Bing)

  • Display/tracking URLs

  • Domains and subdomains

  • Headlines, ad copy, and metadata

🚫 Prohibited Keywords

  • Bed Scrunchie

  • The Bed Scrunchie

  • BedScrunchie.com

  • Bed Scrunchie Bed Sheet Holder

  • Bed Scrunchie Sheet Fastener

All branded keywords, including close variations, misspellings, or product-specific names, are not allowed under any match type (exact, phrase, broad).

⚠️ Messaging Restrictions

To remain compliant with brand guidelines, do not use misleading claims or language that overstates the product’s capabilities or implies unauthorized endorsements.

❌ Do NOT Say:

  • “Bed Scrunchie guarantees wrinkle-free sheets”

  • “Bed Scrunchie fixes all bed sheet problems”

  • “Bed Scrunchie is doctor recommended” (unless authorized)

  • Any claims implying clinical testing or certification

✅ You MAY Say:

  • “Bed Scrunchie is designed to keep your sheets tight and wrinkle-free”

  • “A simple, effective solution for keeping your sheets in place”

  • “Helps eliminate loose or bunched-up sheets while you sleep”

  • “Works with all bed sizes and types of sheets”

🔍 Why This Matters

The above terms are trademarked and brand-protected. Bidding on them creates unfair competition, undermines brand integrity, and violates advertiser agreements.

🚫 Violations Will Result In:

  • Immediate removal from the Bed Scrunchie offer

  • Holds on affiliate payouts

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network

✅ Stay Compliant

  • Use non-branded, benefit-focused keywords in paid search campaigns

  • Avoid all brand names in URLs, headlines, and ad copy unless pre-approved

  • Stick to approved messaging only—no exaggerated or unverified claims

  • When unsure, always ask before launching a campaign
