CupStation Offer

Compliance, Negative Keyword & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting CupStation must comply with the following policies to maintain brand integrity and remain eligible to promote this offer within the GiddyUp Network.

❗ Negative Keyword Enforcement

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on any branded terms in paid search campaigns. This applies to:

  • Paid search ads (Google, Bing, etc.)

  • Display/tracking URLs

  • Domains and subdomains

  • Ad headlines, copy, or metadata

🚫 Prohibited Keywords

  • CupStation

  • The CupStation

  • CupStation Car Cup Holder

  • Cup Station

  • CupStation.com

These terms are trademarked and must not be used under exact match, phrase match, or broad match targeting.

⚠️ Messaging Restrictions

Affiliates must not use exaggerated or misleading claims about the product’s capabilities. Messaging must remain factual and benefit-driven.

❌ Do NOT Say:

  • “CupStation fits every single vehicle”

  • “CupStation is the only car cup holder you’ll ever need”

  • “CupStation guarantees your drinks will never spill”

  • Any claims implying universal compatibility or absolute performance

✅ You MAY Say:

  • “CupStation expands your car’s cup holder space”

  • “Helps hold large bottles, mugs, phones, and more while you drive”

  • “Designed to fit most standard car cup holders”

  • “An adjustable, multifunctional solution for in-car organization”

🔍 Why This Matters

These branded terms are protected by trademark. Misuse in ads or the use of exaggerated messaging:

  • Creates unfair competition

  • Misleads customers

  • Violates GiddyUp’s agreements with the brand

🚫 Violations Will Result In:

  • Removal from the CupStation offer

  • Holds on affiliate payouts

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network

✅ Stay Compliant

  • Use non-branded, benefit-focused keywords in all paid campaigns

  • Avoid using the brand name in ad copy, display URLs, and domains unless pre-approved

  • Stick to approved messaging—no exaggerated or misleading claims

  • Contact compliance before launching new content if you’re unsure
