Any claims implying universal compatibility or absolute performance

🔍 Why This Matters
These branded terms are protected by trademark. Misuse in ads or the use of exaggerated messaging:
Creates unfair competition
Misleads customers
Violates GiddyUp’s agreements with the brand

Removal from the CupStation offer
Holds on affiliate payouts
Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network

Use non-branded, benefit-focused keywords in all paid campaigns
