Affiliates promoting Cupids must adhere to the following compliance and advertising guidelines to ensure ethical marketing practices and protect the brand’s integrity.


Violations of these policies may result in removal from the offer, payout holds, or suspension from the GiddyUp Network.


🚫 Platform Restrictions

Cupids is not approved for Search or Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Affiliates may only run traffic through approved channels such as:

  • Native

  • Email

  • Display

  • Listicles / Advertorials

  • Influencer placements

Any activity on Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Ads Manager is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in removal from the offer and potential payout holds.


🚫 Branded Keyword Usage

Affiliates may not bid on or use branded or trademarked search terms. This includes (but is not limited to):

⚠️ Messaging & Content Restrictions

To maintain compliance with advertising and consumer protection standards, the following restrictions apply to all ad copy, landing pages, social content, and email marketing materials associated with Cupids:

Do Not:

  • ❌ Claim “guaranteed” results without proper disclaimers.

  • ❌ Make medical, therapeutic, or health-related claims (e.g., mood enhancement, hormonal effects, attraction treatment).

  • ❌ Use “instant”, “immediate”, or other absolute terms without qualifying language (e.g., “may feel results quickly” is acceptable).

  • ❌ Claim the product is “scientifically proven” unless backed by verifiable, published research.

  • ❌ State or imply FDA approval or endorsement — cosmetics and fragrances are not FDA-approved.

  • ❌ Include explicit sexual content, nudity, or adult imagery.

  • ❌ Use terms like “miracle”, “magic”, or “supernatural” to describe product effects.

Do:

  • ✅ Emphasize confidence, attraction, and allure in a tasteful, lifestyle-oriented way.

  • ✅ Use romantic, sensory, or emotional appeal that aligns with the brand’s tone.

  • ✅ Include factual statements such as “Developed with over 20 years of research” if accurate.

  • ✅ Ensure all testimonials or user experiences are authentic and non-deceptive.

  • ✅ Include disclaimers where necessary (e.g., “Results may vary.”).

    • Stick to accurate, benefit-focused relief and mobility messaging

    • Never imply medical approval, treatments, or cures

    • Do not use or bid on prohibited keywords in search campaigns

    • Review your ad copy, scripts, and landing pages regularly

    • Contact us before launching new content if you’re unsure

    Overstated claims, unauthorized promotions, or misuse of brand terms can mislead consumers, cause regulatory issues, and damage the brand.

    Violations of this policy will result in:

    • Removal from the RejuvaKnee or RejuvaCare offer

    • Payout holds

    • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
