Compliance & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting the Groovz offer must follow these compliance rules to ensure all content is accurate, brand-safe, and aligned with program standards.


🎧 Logo & Trademark Restrictions

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Altering, distorting, or creating derivative versions of the Groovz logo or product imagery.

  • Using competitor brand names or logos (e.g., Apple, Beats, Bose, Sony, JBL, Samsung).

  • Implying partnerships, endorsements, or affiliations with any major tech brands, celebrities, or retailers (e.g., Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart).

This applies across all promotional channels, including:

  • Paid ads (images, banners, and videos)

  • Landing pages, advertorials, and funnels

  • Review sites, blogs, emails, and social media posts


Do NOT:

  • Claim medical or health benefits (e.g., “improves hearing,” “reduces tinnitus,” etc.).

  • Use false or exaggerated performance claims (e.g., “the best earbuds in the world,” “beats Apple AirPods easily”).

  • Use misleading pricing language (e.g., “free,” “90% off,” or “limited-time offer” unless explicitly provided by GiddyUp).

  • Include celebrity or influencer names or likenesses without written authorization.

  • Reference competitor trademarks in ad copy, creatives, or meta titles.


🔍 Brand Bidding Restrictions

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on branded terms related to Groovz or GiddyUp in any paid search campaigns.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • “Groovz”

  • “Get Groovz”

  • “Groovz earbuds,” “Groovz headphones,” etc.

  • Misspellings or variations of the brand name

Violations include use of these terms in:

  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other search engine campaigns

  • Dynamic keyword insertion (DKI) or broad match bidding strategies


📸 Creative Guidelines

All creative assets used for promotion must:

  • Accurately depict the product and its features.

  • Match approved messaging and visuals in the official Creative Folder.

  • Avoid fake reviews, stock imagery posing as “real customers,” or fabricated testimonials.

Penalties for Non-Compliance

These keywords represent branded and trademarked terms related to Groovz.
Bidding on or misusing them creates unfair competition, misleads shoppers, and violates our brand agreements.

Violations of this policy will result in:

  • Removal from the Groovz offer

  • Payout holds

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
