Ryze is positioned as a supportive addition to a healthy lifestyle, not a treatment, cure, or standalone solution. All benefits must be framed responsibly and attributed to the functional mushrooms themselves, not guaranteed product outcomes.

Affiliates must follow these wording requirements at all times:

  • Use “contains” instead of “packed with” or “loaded with” unless a nutrient provides 20% or more of total daily value.

  • Use “supports” or “maintains” rather than:

    • decreases

  • Frame benefits as coming from the mushrooms, not the product itself.

  • Use non-specific timeframes, such as:

Medical or clinical terminology is strictly prohibited, including:

  • syndrome

  • diagnosis


🧠 Health & Medical Claim Restrictions

For topics involving cortisol, anxiety, blood pressure, cholesterol, or blood sugar, affiliates may only state that Ryze:

  • Supports healthy levels

  • Provides temporary or general wellness support

  • Helps maintain balance as part of a healthy lifestyle

Affiliates must not:

  • Imply help with chronic conditions

  • Suggest long-term correction or regulation

  • Associate Ryze or mushrooms with specific medical conditions

Messaging must always reinforce those benefits:

  • Position Ryze as a functional wellness beverage, not a solution to health problems.

  • Emphasize consistency, routine, and lifestyle alignment.

  • Avoid urgency, hype, or exaggerated transformations.

  • Keep tone grounded, supportive, and consumer-safe.


🧾 Creative, Landing Page & Content Guidelines

  • All testimonials must reflect typical experiences and avoid outcome guarantees.

  • Visuals and copy must not imply medical efficacy.

  • Do not compare Ryze to pharmaceuticals or medical interventions.

  • Avoid before-and-after narratives tied to health outcomes.

Custom content may be reviewed for compliance prior to approval.

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the Ryze offer

  • Payout holds or reversals

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
