SnoreStop Offer

Compliance & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting SnoreStop must follow the compliance standards below to ensure all messaging remains accurate, transparent, and aligned with approved product claims.

SnoreStop is formulated for non-apneic snoring only. Any messaging that implies treatment of medical conditions, including obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), is strictly prohibited.

🚫 Prohibited Keywords

Affiliates may not bid on, target, or use the following keywords in paid search campaigns, domain names, URLs, or ad copy:

  • sleep apnea

  • OSA

  • snoring device

  • snorestop

  • snore chewable tablets

  • snore stop

  • snore oral spray

Using these keywords in paid advertising, display URLs, or landing page URLs is not permitted.

⚠️ Medical Accuracy & Claim Limitations

Affiliates must clearly distinguish between common snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

SnoreStop:

  • Does not treat, cure, or diagnose sleep apnea

  • Is intended for non-apneic snoring

  • May support quieter sleep when snoring is related to nasal congestion or inflammation

OSA is a serious medical condition that requires evaluation and treatment by a licensed healthcare provider.

❌ Prohibited Claims

Affiliates must NOT claim or imply that SnoreStop:

  • Treats, cures, prevents, or diagnoses obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)

  • Replaces CPAP therapy, medical evaluation, or physician-directed treatment

  • Works for people who stop breathing during sleep

  • Is medically proven, clinically guaranteed, or doctor-approved

  • Stops snoring outright or guarantees results

  • Provides instant, permanent, or universal relief

✅ Approved Messaging Examples

Affiliates may state that SnoreStop:

  • Helps stop snoring associated with non-apneic causes

  • Is designed to support quieter sleep for people who experience occasional or habitual snoring

  • May help reduce snoring caused by nasal congestion or inflammation

  • Supports more restful sleep for both the user and their partner

⚠️ Important

Always use language such as:

  • Helps stop snoring

  • May help reduce snoring

Affiliates must never state or imply that SnoreStop definitively “stops snoring.”

🧠 Messaging Tone

Promotional messaging should focus on:

  • Sleep comfort

  • Nighttime wellness

  • Supportive relief

Avoid:

  • Medical claims

  • Guarantees

  • Disease-related language

Messaging should remain educational, responsible, and consumer-safe.

🔍 Medical Condition Clarification

Affiliates must not blur the distinction between snoring and sleep apnea.

Important facts:

  • Up to half of adults snore regularly

  • Only a small percentage of snorers have obstructive sleep apnea

  • Snoring alone does not equal sleep apnea

Sleep apnea involves repeated breathing interruptions during sleep and requires medical evaluation and treatment.

Any content referencing apnea must clearly state that SnoreStop is not intended for apnea-related snoring.

🧾 Landing Page & Creative Guidelines

Affiliates must:

  • Use only approved landing pages, advertorials, and creative assets

  • Ensure all content complies with FTC advertising standards

  • Ensure testimonials reflect typical user experiences

Affiliates must not include:

  • Medical claims

  • Diagnostic language

  • Fear-based messaging

  • Alarming health outcomes

🚫 Prohibited Promotional Tactics

The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:

  • Medical comparisons (e.g., “better than CPAP”)

  • Before-and-after claims implying guaranteed results

  • Fear-based health warnings tied to untreated snoring

  • Claims suggesting SnoreStop addresses:

    • heart disease

    • oxygen deprivation

    • apnea-related health risks

⚠️ Policy Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the SnoreStop offer

  • Payout holds or commission reversals

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network

Affiliates are responsible for reviewing and complying with all compliance requirements prior to launching any campaigns.
