Step #1: Connect Pixel in TikTok Ads Manager
Go to your TikTok Ads Manager.
Click Assets in the top menu, then select Events.
Choose Web Events or App Events, depending on where you intend to track conversions.
To create a new pixel, click Set Up Web Events. If you have an existing pixel, you can click on it to manage its settings.
If creating a new pixel, follow the instructions provided by TikTok to complete the initial pixel setup within their platform.
Step #2: Generate Access Token in TikTok Ads Manager
In your TikTok Ads Manager, open your pixel (either a newly created one or an existing one).
Click on the Settings tab.
Find the Generate Access Token option and click on it.
Copy the generated Access Token. You will need this in the next step within Everflow.
Step #3: Set Up Integration in Everflow (Partner Portal)
Log in to your Everflow Partner Portal.
Navigate to Company Settings in the left-hand menu.
Click on Integrations.
Locate the TikTok Integrations card and click Add.
Note: This integration setup is only accessible within the Partner Portal.
In the pop-up window, give your integration a descriptive Name.
Paste the Access Token you copied from TikTok Ads Manager into the Access Token field.
Click Save.
Step #4: Add Postback in Everflow
Navigate to Postbacks in the left-hand menu and click [ + Postback ].
Select TikTok as the Delivery Method.
Choose the TikTok Integration you created in Step #3 from the dropdown.
Enter your TikTok Pixel Code. You can find this in your TikTok Ads Manager by going to: Assets > Event (top menu) > Website Pixel (Manage). Click on your pixel, and the Pixel ID will be displayed at the top of the screen, underneath the pixel's name.
Select the appropriate TikTok Event from the dropdown that corresponds to the conversion you want to track (e.g., CompletePayment, InitiateCheckout).
Click Save.
Step #5: Add TikTok Click ID to Destination URL
When setting up your ads in TikTok Ads Manager, ensure you append the parameter ?ttclid=__CLICKID__ to your Everflow Partner Tracking URL. This is crucial for passing the TikTok Click ID, which helps with accurate attribution.
Example:
https://yourdomain.com/aff_c?offer_id=123&aff_id=456&ttclid=__CLICKID__
Place this entire URL as your Destination URL in your TikTok ad setup.
Step #6: Test
To test your TikTok Pixel integration, follow the preview/testing instructions provided by TikTok Ads Manager. This will help you verify that your pixel is firing correctly and conversion data is being sent to TikTok.
