Domains and subdomains
Ad copy, headlines, or metadata

“Clinically proven to treat chronic conditions”
“Doctor-endorsed treatment for PTSD or depression”
Any language suggesting medical efficacy or certification

“May support relaxation, focus, or overall wellness”
“A natural, non-invasive way to explore the benefits of auriculotherapy”
“Helps stimulate pressure points on the ear for a wellness experience”
🔍 Why This Matters
Using branded terms or making unauthorized medical claims:
Creates unfair competition
Misleads consumers
Violates brand contracts and platform advertising guidelines
