React by ChargeHub Offer

Compliance & Negative Keyword & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting React by ChargeHub must follow the keyword restrictions and advertising guidelines outlined below to ensure fair marketing practices and protect the brand’s integrity.

Negative Keyword Enforcement

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on the following branded terms in paid search campaigns. This includes exact match, phrase match, and broad match, and applies to:

  • Paid search ads

  • Display/tracking URLs

  • Ad copy, headlines, domains, and metadata

🚫 Prohibited Keywords

  • React by ChargeHub

  • ChargeHub React

  • React Auto Safety

  • ChargeHub React Review

⚠️ Messaging Restrictions

Affiliates must not promote or imply any unauthorized discounts, including:

  • “50% off” in ad copy, banners, or videos

  • “Half off” or similar discount language

  • “Buy one, get one 50% off” or stacked discount promotions that imply a 50% savings

Discounts not explicitly approved by the brand may mislead consumers or conflict with active pricing strategies.

Stay Compliant

  • Use only approved messaging and promotions provided by the brand or GiddyUp

  • Avoid bidding on brand terms or close variants in paid traffic

  • Highlight benefits such as emergency preparedness, multi-tool functionality, and USB charging capability

  • When unsure, ask for a pre-launch review

🔍 Why This Matters

These keywords represent branded and trademarked terms related to React by ChargeHub and associated products. Bidding on them creates unfair competition, misleads shoppers, and violates our agreements with the brand.

Violations of this policy will result in:

  • Removal from the React by ChargeHub offer

  • Payout holds

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
