  • Make claims that guarantee pain relief, recovery, mobility improvements, or physical performance outcomes.

✅ Stay Compliant

  • Focus on wellness, recovery support, and lifestyle benefits rather than medical outcomes.

  • Use only approved creatives, messaging, and promotional materials provided by the brand or GiddyUp.

  • Ensure all testimonials and user experiences accurately reflect typical customer experiences.

  • Avoid exaggerated, misleading, or sensational claims.

  • When discussing product benefits, use supportive language rather than guarantees.

  • Clearly represent yourself as a publisher or affiliate and not as the official MyoGlow brand.

🔍 Why This Matters

Health and wellness products receive increased scrutiny from advertising platforms, regulators, and payment processors. Misleading medical claims, unsupported health statements, or unauthorized brand bidding can place both affiliates and the brand at risk.

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Removal from the MyoGlow offer

  • Payout holds

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
