Glamory Offer

Compliance & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting Glamory must follow the compliance standards below to ensure all content is lawful, transparent, and aligned with approved brand messaging.

Glamory places a strong emphasis on brand integrity and image rights. Any misuse of celebrity likenesses, quotes, or visual references may result in immediate enforcement action.

🚫 Negative Keyword Enforcement (Paid Search)

To protect brand integrity and prevent unauthorized search activity, affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Glamory branded terms or variations across all paid search platforms (including Google, Bing, Yahoo, and Performance Max campaigns).

āŒ Prohibited Keywords

Affiliates may not bid on, target, or include the following keywords in:

  • Search campaigns (all match types: exact, phrase, broad)

  • Performance Max or automated campaigns

  • Display URL paths, domains, or subdomains

  • Ad copy, headlines, descriptions, or metadata

Restricted Terms:

  • Glamory

  • Try Glamory

  • Microinfusion System

  • Glamory Microlift

  • Glamory Microinfusion

  • Try Glamory Microinfusion

āš ļø This includes all variations, misspellings, plural forms, and close derivatives of the above terms.

āš ļø Important Notes

  • Negative keywords must be actively applied and maintained across all campaigns.

  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring automated campaign types (such as Performance Max) do not surface ads for restricted terms.

  • Claims of ā€œunintentionalā€ targeting due to automation will not be accepted as a valid defense.

āš ļø Celebrity References & Image Rights

Affiliates must strictly comply with image rights and publicity laws.

You may not:

  • Use celebrity images, videos, or likenesses in ads, landing pages, or creatives.

  • Quote celebrities or imply direct endorsements.

  • Visually suggest that a specific celebrity uses or promotes Glamory.

  • Use paparazzi-style photos, screenshots, or social media imagery of celebrities.

This restriction applies across:

  • Paid ads (images, videos, thumbnails)

  • Landing pages and advertorials

  • Emails, blogs, and social media content

āŒ Prohibited Celebrity Claims

Affiliates must not state or imply that:

  • A named celebrity uses Glamory.

  • A celebrity has endorsed, reviewed, or recommended Glamory.

  • Glamory is associated with a specific public figure or brand ambassador unless explicitly authorized.

Examples of prohibited language:

  • ā€œKim Kardashian uses Glamoryā€

  • ā€œAs seen on [Celebrity Name]ā€

  • ā€œCelebrity-approved beauty secretā€

āœ… Approved Celebrity-Adjacent Messaging

Affiliates may use general, non-specific statements, such as:

  • ā€œA beauty ritual many celebrities incorporateā€

  • ā€œA routine often seen in celebrity beauty circlesā€

  • ā€œPopular in celebrity-inspired beauty routinesā€

  • ā€œA trend embraced by beauty insiders and celebrities alikeā€

āš ļø Messaging must remain non-identifiable and non-visual.

🧠 Messaging Tone & Brand Positioning

  • Keep messaging aspirational but responsible.

  • Avoid explicit endorsement language.

  • Focus on lifestyle, elegance, and everyday beauty routines.

  • Position Glamory as a premium beauty option, not a celebrity product.

🧾 Creative & Content Guidelines

  • Use only non-celebrity models, stock imagery, or brand-approved visuals.

  • Do not recreate or reference recognizable celebrity looks, outfits, or environments.

  • Testimonials must come from real customers or clearly labeled non-celebrity examples.

  • Avoid headlines or imagery that could be interpreted as a hidden endorsement.

🚫 Prohibited Promotional Tactics

  • Implying exclusivity based on celebrity access.

  • Using lookalike models styled to resemble known celebrities.

  • Referencing celebrity interviews, quotes, or social posts.

āš ļø Policy Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the Glamory offer

  • Payout holds or reversals

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network

Affiliates are responsible for reviewing and complying with all image rights and compliance standards prior to launch.
