Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Altering, distorting, or creating derivative versions of the AERLESS™ logo
Using competitor logos (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, or other luggage/compression bag brands)
Implying official endorsements or partnerships that do not exist
This applies across all promotional uses, including:
Paid ads (images, banners, videos)
Landing pages or funnels
Product comparison or review sites
Emails, blogs, or social media posts
❌ Do NOT:
Claim the product guarantees packing outcomes or “fits everything” in all cases
Misrepresent the product as requiring a vacuum (if not applicable)
Use misleading savings claims or false discounts
Suggest the product eliminates all travel costs (e.g., baggage fees)
Reference or compare directly to competitor brand names in ad copy or creatives

🔍 Brand Bidding Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on branded terms in any paid search campaigns.
This includes (but is not limited to):

aerless bags
aerless compression bags
buy aerless
aerless official site
aerless reviews
aerless discount / coupon
Misspellings, pluralizations, and variations must also be added as negative keywords.

⚠️ Performance Max (PMAX) & Automated Campaigns
Affiliates using automated campaign types (including Performance Max) must ensure:
Ads do NOT appear on branded search queries
Negative keywords alone are not relied on as sole protection
➡️ If ads appear on branded terms for any reason, it will be considered a violation, regardless of intent.
🧠 Content Guidelines
All creative and messaging must:
Be factual and non-exaggerated
Clearly represent the product and its function
Avoid misleading or unrealistic claims
Follow FTC disclosure rules when using testimonials or endorsements
🚫 Policy Violations
Violations of this policy will result in:
Removal from the AERLESS™ offer
Payout holds or reversals on non-compliant traffic
Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
