Do not suggest that Moksha Beam diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, high blood pressure, respiratory conditions, or any other disease or medical condition. Do not promise guaranteed or immediate results.

❌ Do NOT Say:

  • “Individual experiences may vary.”

Only use product specifications, pricing, app features, guarantees, shipping terms, and promotional details that are accurate for the current approved offer.

🔍 Why This Matters

The prohibited search terms are brand-protected. Unauthorized bidding or unapproved product claims may create:

  • Unfair competition

  • Misleading advertising

  • Consumer confusion

  • Regulatory risk

  • Contract violations with the brand or GiddyUp Network

A disclaimer cannot correct an otherwise false, misleading, or unsubstantiated headline or advertisement.

🚫 Violations Will Result In:

  • Removal from the Moksha Beam offer

  • Holds on affiliate payouts

  • Rejection or removal of noncompliant advertising

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network

✅ Stay Compliant

  • Use only non-branded, benefit-oriented keywords in paid search campaigns.

  • Add all prohibited brand terms and close variants as negative keywords.

  • Exclude branded terms from ad copy, headlines, domains, and tracking URLs.

  • Present Moksha Beam as a general wellness and breathwork accessory.

  • Avoid disease, treatment, prevention, clinical, and guaranteed-result claims.

  • Do not alter approved claims or make them stronger.

  • Clearly disclose affiliate or paid relationships where required.

  • Ensure testimonials reflect genuine experiences and do not make prohibited claims.

  • Request written approval before launching content if you are unsure.
