Compliance Universal Guidelines

To ensure brand integrity and platform trust, all affiliates must follow GiddyUp’s general network policies.

🚫 Brand Guidelines

  • No Branded Search
    Do not bid on trademarked brand or product names in search ads.

  • No Competing Branded Facebook Pages
    Affiliates may not create Facebook pages using the advertiser’s brand name that appear to be official or compete directly with the brand.

  • No False Claims or Deceptive Practices
    Misleading benefits, fake testimonials, or exaggerated product claims are strictly prohibited.

  • Regulatory Compliance Required
    All promotions must follow FDA, FTC, and FCC guidelines—especially in health, wellness, and medical categories.


🚫 Traffic Restrictions

  • No 3rd Party Email
    Affiliates must not use purchased or rented email lists. Only self-managed lists are permitted.

  • No GI (Government/Institutional) Emails
    Email traffic is only allowed to top-level and cable domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Comcast, Time Warner).

  • No Incentivized Traffic
    Do not offer points, rewards, cash, or gifts in exchange for user actions or clicks.

  • No Brokering
    Offers may not be brokered or passed along to other networks or marketers.

  • No Shopping Ads
    Shopping ad placements (e.g., Google Shopping) are not permitted for these offers.

  • No Plagiarism of Partner Assets
    Affiliates may not copy creative assets or landing page content from other partners.


Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the offer.
