Compliance & Paid Traffic Policy

Affiliates promoting the Seaonic offer must strictly adhere to the guidelines below to ensure brand protection, channel integrity, and compliance with advertising platform policies.


🚫 Brand Bidding Policy

Affiliates may not bid on or target the Seaonic brand in any capacity across paid search platforms.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Brand keywords

  • Misspellings or variations

  • Broad, phrase, or exact match keywords

  • Dynamic Search Ads (DSA)

  • Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns

  • Search retargeting campaigns

  • Competitor comparison keywords involving the Seaonic brand


šŸ”‘ Negative Keywords

Affiliates running search campaigns must add Seaonic-related terms as negative keywords.

This includes ANY variation of:

  • Seaonic

  • Seaonic reviews

  • Seaonic complaints

  • Seaonic coupon / promo code

  • Seaonic where to buy

  • Seaonic official site

  • Seaonic discount

  • Seaonic pricing

  • Seaonic vs competitors

  • Seaonic ingredients

  • Seaonic Reddit

  • Seaonic Amazon

  • Any misspelling or variation of the brand name

āš ļø This list is not exhaustive. Partners are responsible for identifying and blocking all branded variations and search intent tied to the Seaonic brand.

āš ļø Even if branded terms are added as negative keywords, ads that appear on branded searches will still be considered a violation. Enforcement is outcome-based.


🚫 Prohibited Search-Originated Traffic

Affiliates may not use traffic that originates from branded search intent, including:

  • Direct linking from paid search ads

  • Search traffic to advertorials or bridge pages

  • Search traffic routed through intermediary domains

  • Arbitrage models originating from search intent

  • Meta search placements

  • Any campaign where the user journey begins with a search query involving the Seaonic brand


āš ļø Display URL & Domain Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

  • Register domains containing the Seaonic brand name

  • Use the brand name in subdomains

  • Use the brand name in display URLs

  • Create websites or landing pages that imitate the official Seaonic brand experience


āš ļø Messaging & Claims Policy

All messaging must remain accurate and compliant with advertising standards.

Affiliates may not:

  • Make medical or disease-treatment claims

  • Claim the product cures, treats, or prevents conditions

  • Use exaggerated or unrealistic outcome claims

  • Promise instant or guaranteed results

  • Misrepresent ingredients, benefits, or functionality

  • Use fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or false endorsements

  • Use AI-generated imagery that misrepresents the product, ingredients, or expected results

Approved messaging should focus on:

  • Wellness support

  • Lifestyle enhancement

  • Hydration and wellness benefits

  • General health-support positioning

Use compliant language such as:

  • ā€œsupportsā€

  • ā€œhelps maintainā€

  • ā€œpromotesā€

  • ā€œdesigned to assistā€


šŸ“„ Landing Page Guidelines

Landing pages must:

  • Clearly and accurately represent the product

  • Avoid excessive repetition of the Seaonic brand name

  • Not impersonate official Seaonic properties

  • Avoid misleading pricing, shipping, or promotional claims

  • Use realistic imagery and accurate product representation


ā— Monitoring & Enforcement

GiddyUp actively monitors traffic sources, keyword activity, ad placements, and campaign structures.

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate traffic pause

  • Payment holds

  • Commission reversals

  • Offer removal

  • Account termination
