Affiliates promoting CoolCura must follow the guidelines below to protect brand integrity and remain in good standing with the GiddyUp Network.
❗ Negative Keyword Enforcement
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on branded keywords in any paid search campaigns. This applies to:
Paid search ads (Google, Bing, etc.)
Display/tracking URLs
Domains and subdomains
Headlines, ad copy, or metadata
🚫 Prohibited Keywords
CoolCura
The CoolCura
Cool Cura
CoolCura Ice Therapy
CoolCura Migraine Device
These keywords are trademarked terms and cannot be used under exact, phrase, or broad match.
⚠️ Messaging Restrictions
Affiliates must not make medical, clinical, or therapeutic claims that overstate the benefits or suggest a guaranteed cure.
❌ Do NOT Say:
“CoolCura cures migraines”
“CoolCura eliminates headaches instantly”
“Clinically proven migraine treatment”
“Doctor-recommended for anxiety or PTSD”
✅ You MAY Say:
“CoolCura uses ancient techniques to promote relaxation”
“Designed to support calm, focus, and mental clarity”
“CoolCura combines cold therapy and pressure point stimulation”
“May help relieve tension and promote a sense of wellness”
🔍 Why This Matters

Creates unfair competition
Misleads consumers
Violates agreements with the brand
🚫 Violations Will Result In:
Immediate removal from the CoolCura offer
Payout holds
Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
✅ Stay Compliant
Use non-branded, benefit-focused keywords in search campaigns
Exclude brand names from ad copy, display URLs, and headlines
Stick to approved benefit-based messaging only
Reach out for clarification before launching if you're unsure
