Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on any branded terms in paid search campaigns. This includes:

  • Paid search ads (e.g., Google, Bing)

  • Display/tracking URLs

  • Domains and subdomains

  • Ad copy, headlines, or metadata

  • CordBrick Cable Organizer

  • Cord Brick

These terms are trademarked and may not be used under exact match, phrase match, or broad match targeting.


⚠️ Messaging Restrictions

Affiliates must avoid making exaggerated claims about the product’s capabilities or positioning CordBrick as a universal or guaranteed solution.

❌ Do NOT Say:

  • “CordBrick eliminates all cord clutter”

  • “CordBrick guarantees no more tangled cables”

  • “CordBrick is the only cord organizer you’ll ever need”

  • Any language implying guaranteed performance or exclusive claims

✅ You MAY Say:

  • “CordBrick helps keep your cords organized and in place”

  • “Designed to prevent cables from slipping off your desk or nightstand”

  • “A simple, weighted solution to tame your everyday cords”

  • “CordBrick is a compact, versatile cable holder for home, office, or travel”


🔍 Why This Matters

These branded terms are protected by trademark, and unauthorized usage in paid advertising.

  • Creates unfair competition

  • Misleads shoppers

  • Violates contractual agreements with the brand


🚫 Violations Will Result In:

  • Removal from the CordBrick offer

  • Payout holds

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network

  • Use non-branded, benefit-based keywords in paid search campaigns

  • Do not include brand names in your headlines, ad copy, or tracking URLs

  • Stick to approved, factual messaging—avoid sweeping or exaggerated claims
