Compliance & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting the Erasilk offer must follow strict compliance guidelines to ensure all promotional content remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.


⚠️ Logo & Trademark Restrictions

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Altering, distorting, or creating derivative versions of the Erasilk logo.

  • Using competitor brand logos (e.g., Bleame, Finishing Touch, Flawless, Gillette, Billie, Venus).

  • Implying endorsements or approvals from medical, dermatological, or government institutions.

This applies across all promotional uses, including:

  • Paid ads (images, banners, and videos)

  • Landing pages or funnels

  • Product review or comparison sites

  • Emails, blogs, and social media posts


Do NOT:

  • Claim FDA, dermatologist, or medical approval.

  • Suggest permanent or medical-grade hair removal (e.g., “stops hair growth,” “removes hair forever”).

  • Overpromise performance (e.g., “works instantly on all hair types,” “guaranteed results in one use”).

  • Use unapproved pricing or sale claims (e.g., “70% off,” “limited time only”) unless provided by the brand.

  • Reference or compare to competitor brand names in ad copy, landing pages, or creatives.


🔍 Brand Bidding Restrictions

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on branded terms in any paid search campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Erasilk

  • GetErasilk

  • Erasilk.com

  • Any variations, misspellings, or combinations of the above

Additionally, bidding on competitor brand names is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Bleame

  • Finishing Touch

  • Flawless

  • Gillette Venus

  • Billie Razor

  • Nood

  • Kenzzi

  • Crystal Hair Eraser

  • SmoothSkin

  • JOVS

This restriction applies across all paid search platforms (Google, Bing, etc.), ad copy, display/tracking URLs, and domains/subdomains.


Stay Compliant

Use only approved creative assets provided in the Erasilk Creative Folder.

Highlight approved messaging such as:

  • “Get baby-smooth skin in minutes — without pain, cuts, or ingrown hairs.”

  • “Revolutionary nano-crystal technology removes hair gently and effectively.”

  • “Safe for all skin types and 100% pain-free.”

  • “Reusable, eco-friendly, and perfect for everyday self-care.”

Focus on comfort, convenience, and smooth results, not medical or permanent outcomes.


⚠️ Why This Matters

Improper claims, competitor references, or brand bidding violations can mislead shoppers, create legal risk, and damage brand reputation.

Violations of this policy will result in:

  • Removal from the Erasilk offer

  • Payout holds

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
