  • Use graphic or fear-based imagery implying death, injury, or home destruction.

  • Reference or compare to competitor brand names in ad copy, landing pages, or creatives.

  • Claim any government approval or certification (e.g., “fire department certified”).


✅ Acceptable Language:

  • “Stops small kitchen or grease fires in seconds.”

  • “No training or cleanup required — easy for anyone to use.”

  • “Trusted by over 313,000 families for everyday fire safety.”

  • “Compact, reusable, and a smart addition to any home safety kit.”


🔍 Brand Bidding Restrictions

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on branded terms in any paid search campaigns.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • “Cobra Fire Blanket”

  • “Buy Cobra Fire Blanket”

  • “Cobra Blanket”

  • “Cobra Fire”

  • “CobraFireBlanket.com”

Misspellings, pluralizations, and variations must also be added as negative keywords.


🧠 Content Guidelines

All creative and messaging must:

  • Be factual and non-exaggerated.

  • Clearly represent the product and its function.

  • Avoid fear-mongering or unrealistic scenarios.

🚫 Policy Violations
