⚠️ Logo & Trademark Restrictions
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Altering, distorting, or creating derivative versions of the Moonbuddy logo.
Using competitor logos (e.g., Hatch Rest, Lulla Doll, Glow Dreaming, Calm, Headspace, or Fisher-Price).
Implying official endorsements from pediatricians, hospitals, or government agencies.
This applies across all promotional uses, including:
Paid ads (images, banners, videos)
Landing pages or funnels
Product comparison or review sites
Emails, blogs, or social media posts
❌ Do NOT:
Claim that Moonbuddy treats, cures, or diagnoses anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, or other medical conditions.
Refer to Moonbuddy as a medical or therapeutic device.
Use or imply FDA approval, doctor endorsement, or scientific certification.
Use fear-based messaging targeting parents (e.g., “Your child will never sleep again without this”).
Reference competitor brand names in ad copy, creatives, or landing pages.
Promise guaranteed results like “Works for every child” or “Instantly fixes sleep problems.”
✅ Acceptable Language:
“Helps children calm down and fall asleep naturally.”
“A cuddly breathing buddy designed to teach calm, steady breathing for better sleep.”
“Supports relaxation and bedtime routines for kids.”
“Developed by experts and backed by science.”
🔍 Brand Bidding Restrictions
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on branded terms in any paid search campaigns.
This includes (but is not limited to):
“Moonbuddy”
“Buy Moonbuddy”
“Get Moonbuddy”
“Moonbuddy bear”
“Moonbuddy sleep”
“Moonbuddy.com”
Misspellings, pluralizations, and variations must also be added as negative keywords.
🧠 Content Guidelines
All creative and messaging must:
Be factual, accurate, and non-exaggerated.
Represent Moonbuddy as a sleep aid for children’s wellness, not a medical solution.
Avoid depicting distress, crying children, or negative parenting scenarios.
Follow FTC disclosure rules when using testimonials or influencer content.
🚫 Policy Violations
Violations of this policy will result in:
Removal from the Moonbuddy offer
Payout holds
Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
