Compliance & Negative Keyword & Messaging Policy

Affiliates promoting the TornadoPro offer must follow strict compliance guidelines to ensure all promotional content remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.


⚠️ Logo & Trademark Restrictions

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Altering, distorting, or creating derivative versions of the TornadoPro logo.

  • Using competitor logos (e.g., Dyson, Black+Decker, DeWalt, Worx, Ryobi, Craftsman, or Shop-Vac).

  • Implying official endorsements from safety organizations, government agencies, or retail chains.

This applies across all promotional uses, including:

  • Paid ads (images, banners, videos)

  • Landing pages or funnels

  • Product comparison or review sites

  • Emails, blogs, or social media posts


❌ Do NOT:

  • Claim that TornadoPro is “the most powerful blower on the market” or makes performance comparisons to competitors.

  • Imply industrial-grade or commercial capabilities beyond home or DIY use.

  • Use safety or hazard-based messaging such as “essential for emergency cleanup” or “guaranteed to prevent fire/damage.”

  • Add or imply product features not included in the official description (e.g., vacuum function, leaf mulcher, etc.).

  • Reference competitor brand names in ad copy, creatives, or landing pages.

  • Use misleading time or performance claims like “cleans anything instantly” or “works 10x faster than other tools.”


✅ Acceptable Language:

  • “A powerful 4-in-1 tool that blasts away dirt, dust, and debris in seconds.”

  • “Lightweight, cordless, and easy to use for quick cleanups anywhere.”

  • “Includes blower, power bank, air pump, and flashlight functions.”

  • “Perfect for homeowners, DIYers, and anyone who wants faster, easier cleanup.”

  • “Quiet and long-lasting — runs up to 45 minutes on a single charge.”


🔍 Brand Bidding Restrictions

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on branded terms in any paid search campaigns.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • “TornadoPro”

  • “Buy TornadoPro”

  • “Get TornadoPro”

  • “Tornado Pro Blower”

  • “TornadoPro.com”

Misspellings, pluralizations, and variations must also be added as negative keywords.


🧠 Content Guidelines

All creative and messaging must:

  • Be factual, accurate, and non-exaggerated.

  • Represent TornadoPro as a multi-functional power tool for convenience and everyday use, not a commercial or industrial device.

  • Avoid depicting unsafe or exaggerated usage scenarios.

  • Follow FTC disclosure rules for testimonials, influencer, or advertorial content.


🚫 Policy Violations

Violations of this policy will result in:

  • Removal from the TornadoPro offer

  • Payout holds

  • Suspension or termination from the GiddyUp Network
