Affiliates promoting the InvisaWear offer must follow the compliance guidelines below to ensure all advertising remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand expectations.

These policies apply across all traffic sources, including:

  • Paid Social

  • Native Advertising

  • Display

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Influencer Marketing

  • Advertorials

  • Landing Pages

  • Search Traffic

Failure to comply with these policies may result in traffic being paused, commissions reversed, or removal from the offer.


🚫 Prohibited Messaging & Claims

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Use fabricated stories, fake testimonials, or fictional safety incidents presented as real experiences

  • Create exaggerated or unrealistic outcomes related to personal safety or emergency response

  • Claim or imply that InvisaWear works without a connected phone

  • Claim or imply that the device works if the user’s phone is dead, powered off, disconnected, or unavailable

  • Suggest guaranteed protection, prevention of harm, or guaranteed emergency intervention

  • Use fear-based, panic-driven, or misleading messaging designed to manipulate users emotionally

  • Imply law enforcement or emergency responders are automatically dispatched in all situations

  • Misrepresent product functionality, technology, or capabilities


✅ Approved Positioning & Messaging

Affiliates may position InvisaWear as:

  • A discreet wearable safety device

  • A hidden panic button designed to help users quickly alert emergency contacts

  • A wearable that connects through a smartphone app

  • A tool that can share live GPS location with designated emergency contacts

  • A safety-focused accessory designed for everyday use

  • A product intended to provide additional peace of mind in situations where users may feel unsafe


🔍 Search & Brand Bidding Policy

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Bid on “InvisaWear” branded keywords or close variations

  • Use the brand name in domains or subdomains

  • Use direct-to-brand impersonation angles

  • Represent themselves as the official brand

Examples of prohibited terms include:

  • InvisaWear

  • Invisa Wear

  • InvisaWear official

  • Buy InvisaWear

  • InvisaWear panic button


🚫 Restricted Content Practices

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Use misleading emergency scenarios

  • Use fake police reports, fake 911 recordings, or fabricated crime statistics

  • Create deceptive advertorials presented as news coverage without proper disclosure

  • Use manipulated reviews or false endorsements

  • Imply guaranteed safety outcomes


📱 Creative & Landing Page Guidelines

All creatives and landing pages must:

  • Clearly represent the product and how it functions

  • Accurately explain that the device requires connection to a smartphone/app experience

  • Avoid misleading emergency or survival claims

  • Remain transparent and compliant across headlines, body copy, images, and CTAs


⚠️ Enforcement

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in:

  • Immediate traffic pause

  • Reversal of commissions

  • Removal from the offer

  • Permanent restriction from future campaigns
