Affiliates promoting the Everyday Dose offer must follow the compliance guidelines below to ensure all promotional content remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with FTC requirements and brand standards.

These policies apply across all traffic sources, including:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Paid Social

  • Native Advertising

  • Display Advertising

  • Email Marketing

  • SMS Marketing

  • Influencer Marketing

  • Advertorials

  • Landing Pages

  • Video Content

  • Affiliate Reviews & Editorial Placements

Failure to comply with these policies may result in traffic being paused, commissions reversed, withheld payments, or removal from the offer.

🔍 Search Traffic Policy

❌ Search traffic is not permitted for this offer.

Affiliates may not:

  • Bid on any Everyday Dose branded terms

  • Bid on misspellings, variations, or related branded searches

  • Bid on competitor + Everyday Dose comparison keywords

  • Use Everyday Dose in ad headlines, descriptions, display URLs, or paths

  • Direct-link search traffic to the offer

  • Run search arbitrage campaigns

  • Use Dynamic Search Ads (DSAs) that may trigger Everyday Dose-related queries

  • Utilize Performance Max or automated search placements that generate search traffic

This restriction applies to all search engines and search-based advertising platforms.

The following traffic sources and promotional methods are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing:

  • All search traffic (Google, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, and all other search engines)

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Paid Search / PPC campaigns

  • Brand bidding campaigns

  • Search arbitrage campaigns

  • Retargeting search traffic

  • Direct-linking from search ads

  • Fake review sites

  • Misleading health advertorials

  • AI-generated testimonials or customer reviews

  • Fabricated before-and-after experiences

  • False endorsements from medical professionals

  • Any campaign implying Everyday Dose cures, treats, or prevents disease

Affiliates may not position Everyday Dose as a medication, medical treatment, or guaranteed health solution.

Affiliates may not make any claims that suggest Everyday Dose:

  • Cures anxiety

  • Treats depression

  • Eliminates stress

  • Heals medical conditions

  • Prevents disease

  • Replaces prescription medications

  • Guarantees weight loss

  • Guarantees cognitive enhancement

  • Produces immediate or guaranteed results

The following claim styles are prohibited:

  • "Clinically proven to cure brain fog"

  • "Eliminates anxiety naturally"

  • "Guaranteed focus in minutes"

  • "Works better than prescription medication"

  • "Doctor-approved treatment for stress"

✅ Acceptable Messaging

Affiliates may use compliant benefit-focused language such as:

  • Supports focus and clarity

  • Helps promote sustained energy

  • Supports a balanced daily routine

  • Crafted with functional mushrooms and coffee

  • Designed to support productivity and wellness goals

  • A coffee alternative with functional ingredients

  • Supports a calm and focused mindset

  • May help reduce the afternoon crash associated with traditional coffee

All claims must be framed as general wellness support and not as medical outcomes.

⭐ Testimonials & Reviews

Affiliates may:

  • Share genuine personal experiences

  • Publish honest product reviews

  • Compare personal preferences regarding coffee alternatives

Affiliates may not:

  • Create fake customer reviews

  • Fabricate testimonials

  • Use AI-generated customer experiences

  • Represent hypothetical experiences as real results

  • Claim specific results without substantiation

Any material connection between the affiliate and the offer must be clearly disclosed.

Everyday Dose is a wellness product.

Affiliates may not imply that the product:

  • Diagnoses disease

  • Treats disease

  • Prevents disease

  • Replaces professional medical advice

Avoid language suggesting medical outcomes or pharmaceutical-level performance.

📾 Creative & Advertising Requirements

Affiliates must not use:

  • Fake news-style advertisements

  • Misleading "health breakthrough" narratives

  • Fabricated expert endorsements

  • Unauthorized celebrity references

  • Altered customer reviews

  • False scarcity or urgency tactics

All creative assets must accurately represent the product and its intended use.

⚠ Compliance Enforcement

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in:

  • Immediate campaign suspension

  • Reversal of commissions

  • Withheld payments

  • Removal from the offer

  • Removal from the GiddyUp network for repeated violations

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all promotional materials remain compliant at all times.
