Better Breathing Sport Offer

Compliance Guidelines

To protect the Better Breathing brand and ensure all advertising complies with applicable laws and platform policies, all publishers must follow the guidelines below. Better Breathing Sport is a health, wellness, and sports performance product, so claims are held to a stricter standard than general consumer goods. Failure to comply may result in campaign suspension, traffic rejection, or removal from the offer.

Approved Marketing Channels

The following traffic sources are permitted unless otherwise noted in your campaign agreement:

  • Native Advertising

  • Display Advertising

  • Email Marketing (CAN-SPAM compliant, first-party lists only)

  • Social Media Advertising

  • Organic Social Media

  • Search Advertising (non-branded only, subject to the Paid Search Policy below)

  • Content & Review Sites

  • Influencer Marketing

Product Claims

Better Breathing Sport is a health and wellness device. It is not an FDA-cleared medical device, which means publishers cannot make the same claims about respiratory conditions that are permitted for AirPhysio. All messaging must stay consistent with the language used on the official Better Breathing Sport website and landing pages.

Publishers may:

  • Describe Better Breathing Sport as a drug-free sports breathing trainer that uses vibration and resistance during exhalation.

  • Explain that its dual resistance settings work like "weights" for your lungs, allowing progressive training.

  • State that it is designed to support lung hygiene, breathing performance, and lung capacity for active people and athletes.

  • Say it is designed to help support training performance, recovery, and energy, using qualifying language such as "designed to," "helps support," or "may help."

  • Highlight that it is portable, reusable, and requires no batteries, refills, or electricity.

  • Reference product features that appear on the official landing pages or approved creative.

Publishers may not:

  • State or imply that Better Breathing Sport cures, treats, diagnoses, or prevents any disease or medical condition.

  • Reference or target respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, bronchitis, emphysema, pneumonia, or sleep apnea.

  • Reference COVID-19, long COVID, or any infection or virus in any context.

  • Describe the product as "FDA approved," "FDA cleared," "FDA registered," or as a medical device, or use the FDA logo.

  • Position it as a replacement for inhalers, prescribed medication, or care from a physician.

  • Apply AirPhysio claims, clinical studies, or medical positioning to Better Breathing Sport.

  • Misrepresent the product's materials, certifications, endorsements, or awards.

Performance Claims

Publishers should focus on training, conditioning, and breathing performance, not health outcomes.

Do not:

  • Guarantee specific athletic results, such as faster race times, increased VO2 max, or a set percentage of improvement in lung capacity.

  • Claim instant or immediate results. Results vary by individual and depend on consistent use.

  • Make unsupported comparisons with competing breathing trainers.

  • Use athlete or celebrity names, images, or likenesses unless they are included in brand-approved creative.

Pricing & Promotions

Publishers may only advertise:

  • Current pricing displayed on the official landing pages.

  • Approved discounts or promotional offers.

  • Current bonuses or incentives provided by the brand.

Do not:

  • Advertise expired promotions.

  • Create unauthorized coupon codes.

  • Claim an offer is "ending soon" or "limited time" unless approved by the brand.

Testimonials & Reviews

Testimonials must:

  • Reflect genuine customer experiences.

  • Not be altered in a way that changes their meaning.

  • Avoid medical, disease, or exaggerated performance claims, even when phrased as a customer's personal experience.

Do not create fake reviews, ratings, or customer testimonials.
