Blissit Cushion Offer

Compliance Guidelines

To protect the Blissit brand and ensure all advertising complies with applicable laws and platform policies, all publishers must follow the guidelines below. Because the Blissit Cushion is marketed around sitting comfort and pain relief, all marketing must also follow FTC and FDA advertising guidelines. Failure to comply may result in campaign suspension, traffic rejection, or removal from the offer.

Approved Marketing Channels

The following traffic sources are permitted unless otherwise noted in your campaign agreement:

  • Native Advertising

  • Display Advertising

  • Email Marketing (first-party lists only, CAN-SPAM compliant — see Email Restrictions below)

  • Social Media Advertising

  • Organic Social Media

  • Search Advertising (subject to the Paid Search Policy below)

  • Content & Review Sites

  • Influencer Marketing

All marketing materials must accurately represent the product and its intended use.

Prohibited Traffic

The following are strictly prohibited on this offer:

  • Incentivized traffic of any kind (redeemable rewards, points, or payouts to consumers).

  • Brokering traffic to any other network, affiliate, or third party.

  • Shopping Ads (e.g., Google Shopping, Microsoft Shopping).

  • Black-hat tactics, including false claims, fabricated benefits, or deceptive practices.

Email Restrictions

  • No third-party email. Publishers may only mail to their own opt-in lists.

  • No GI (general internet) email. Email traffic is allowed only to top-level and cable domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Cox, Time Warner).

  • All email must comply with CAN-SPAM and any applicable international anti-spam laws.

Product Claims

Publishers may:

  • Accurately describe the Blissit Cushion as a portable seat cushion designed to make sitting more comfortable on any seat, such as car seats, office chairs, airplane seats, and stadium bleachers.

  • Highlight comfort, support, and portability for people who sit for long periods at work, while driving, or while traveling.

  • Use the approved headline exactly as written: "Sit Pain-Free For Hours On Any Seat!" Do not modify, expand on, or strengthen this wording.

  • Reference product features, materials, and guarantees that appear on the official landing pages or approved creative.

  • Use approved marketing copy and creative provided by GiddyUp or the brand.

Publishers may not:

  • Make false, misleading, or exaggerated product claims.

  • Describe the Blissit Cushion as a medical device, or claim it is "FDA approved," "FDA cleared," or "FDA registered."

  • Describe the cushion as "hospital-grade," "medical-grade," "clinical-grade," or "orthopedic-grade," or state or imply it is used in hospitals or clinics, unless using the exact approved brand wording.

  • State or imply endorsement by doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, or other health professionals unless expressly provided by the brand.

  • Misrepresent the product's materials, certifications, patents, customer counts, press coverage, or awards.

  • Use fabricated demonstrations or misleading before-and-after imagery.

Health & Medical Claims

The Blissit Cushion is a comfort product, not a medical treatment. Publishers should focus on how it helps make sitting more comfortable, not on treating any condition.

Do not:

  • Claim the cushion diagnoses, treats, cures, heals, or prevents any disease or medical condition, including sciatica, herniated or bulging discs, tailbone (coccyx) injuries, hemorrhoids, arthritis, or pressure sores.

  • State or imply that the cushion replaces medical care, physical therapy, chiropractic care, medication, or surgery.

  • Claim the cushion permanently corrects posture, realigns the spine, or reverses back damage.

  • Target or imply suitability for post-surgical recovery, pregnancy, or pressure-injury prevention for wheelchair or bedridden users unless expressly approved by the brand.

  • Use fear-based messaging about long-term health damage from sitting (e.g., "sitting is killing you") to drive purchases.

Performance & Results Claims

Publishers should focus on how the product is designed to work, not on guaranteed outcomes.

Do not:

  • Guarantee specific results, such as complete or permanent pain relief, or relief within a set time.

  • Cite specific numbers (e.g., percentage of pain reduction, pressure reduction figures, or hours of relief) unless they appear on the official landing pages or approved creative.

  • Make unsupported comparisons with competing seat cushions, pillows, or ergonomic products.

Pricing & Promotions

Publishers may only advertise:

  • Current pricing displayed on the official landing pages.

  • Approved discounts, bundles, or promotional offers.

  • Current bonuses or incentives provided by the brand.

Do not:

  • Advertise expired promotions.

  • Create unauthorized coupon codes.

  • Claim an offer is "ending soon" or "limited time" unless approved by the brand.

Testimonials & Reviews

Testimonials must:

  • Reflect genuine customer experiences.

  • Not be altered in a way that changes their meaning.

  • Avoid misleading or exaggerated health or pain-relief claims.

  • Include a clear "results may vary" style disclaimer when describing pain relief or other specific outcomes.

Do not create fake reviews, ratings, or customer testimonials, and do not present actors or paid spokespeople as real customers, doctors, or health professionals.
